Georgia RV Outlet out did themselves and got us into a travel trailer with similiar price range to one we looked at, at camping world. Camping world couldn’t help us out and with no details. We google search and went into GRO at 4pm on a Saturday to look around and Monday Morning around 11am, Harry in their financing department was able to get us approved for the unit we wanted. That Friday we went in to get paperwork signed and inspection done. There were a few things that needed to be looked at and adjusted before we drove off. But within 1.5 hr of paperwork and inspection my family was driving off the lot with our 21 freedom express. We were very pleased with everyone we dealt with. 100% recommend Georgia RV Outlet.
I had a great experience touring with Ashley yesterday. She was super nice and informative with me and my husband. She addressed all our questions as first time buyers. And they had a lot of RVs that fit in our budget! 10/10 would recommend.
From start to finish EVERYONE we talked to was extremly helpful and friendly. They did everything in order to get us in the camper we wanted. The process was smooth and painless and I would definitely do it again. I wont use anyone else from my camper needs they have a great selection and will recommend them to anyone!! Thanks guys!!
I highly recommend Georgia RV Outlet! I called regarding a maintenance issue with my fifth wheel camper that I purchased from an individual. The seller provided no owner’s manual at closing. I called GA RV Outlet desperate for advice. Fortunately I spoke with Mervyn who went above and beyond my expectations. He was prompt in taking my call, extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all brands of mobile homes and most importantly-able to communicate on my level as a new rv owner. He went out of his way to answer my questions by explaining the workings of my air filtration system, told me what supplies I needed, where to find them and even provided the name and number of a service technician in my area should I need someone to perform the work for me.
