I purchased a unit back from them in April. I went in knowing full well that these are used camper. With that mindset I checked the camper thoroughly. They offered to hook it up to power and water so I could test ac, water pump, gas range and water heater. All worked accordingly. The camper I chose did have 2 small soft spots and the adjusted the price to reflect that. They even allowed me to store the camper on their lot until I had a day off to pick it up. I use the camper at work during long weekends to save on gas and be on call at the property. Camper is doing great.
We recently purchased our first RV. We were told that all we needed to do was submit the form to DMV. Well... DMV reported that wasn't enough and reached out to Sarah... At 3pm in the afternoon she reported she wasn't in the office and couldn't access the files (they close at 5pm). She stated she would call us back the next day and to this date we haven't heard a word. DMV called, we text, we called... No response. Now we have a trailer that we can't even register. DON'T DO IT!!! That's my advice... I'm sure there are other places out there.
These guys are first class. The owner and his sons are very professional, helpful and fast at what they do. I picked up a fifth wheel here for a customer and it was a pleasure to meet these guys. They have been in the business for many, many years and their inventory is nice, clean and excellent prices! They promised to buy your camper back. Be warned it's only to help them sell the vehicle to you they will not honor that agreement. Warning do not trust these people they are liars . If you call them with an issue they will not call you back
