Carolina RV went above and beyond for our family!!! We came to them after a bad experience at a different camper dealership (and it wasn’t Camping World) so we were hesitant! Amber was the sales associate we worked with and she was fabulous! She was down to earth and helped us feel at ease! She answered all of our questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she found it for us. The finance manager was great to work with as well and was to the point! When we came to do our walk through we did notice some things that had not been fixed BUT they jumped on the issues and fixed them right away. Anything we found and had concerns about they fixed or answered our questions. The owner came out and assured us that things would be fixed and he was a man of his word! We signed the papers that day and drove off with a 2026 Forest River Sabre 36DBB! We highly recommend Carolina R.V and definitely recommend asking for Amber when looking to purchase your next camper!
This was the 4th RV we have purchased and the absolute best experience ever! Appreciated the friendliness of everyone and the family feel of this buying experience. My husband Tim and I had an outstanding experience with Carolina RV — by far the best and easiest buying process we’ve ever had! After dealing with frustrating private sellers and pushy big dealerships that ignored our budget and added thousands in hidden fees, Carolina RV was a breath of fresh air. We drove 2 hours from Summerville, SC, and it was well worth it. Angela greeted us with zero pressure. She listened to our needs, pointed us in the right direction, and let us explore at our own pace. Even when a pop up rain shower came through, she still took us out to show us a camper-with no hesitation! We ended up deciding on a used travel trailer. Angela was upfront about their doc fee, don’t remember exactly how much but I believe it was around $250 (of course the unavoidable tax/title/registration too). That’s it-no surprises and no financing pressure. Never once felt like second-tier customers because we weren’t buying new. Everyone was helpful, honest, and respectful of our budget. We are already loving the R-Pod 192 and the dogs approve too. Highly recommend Carolina RV!
