What an AMAZING place! We live in Georgia and was visiting family in Michigan for a few weeks. We came across a toyhauler motorhome that they had in inventory, but they we going to be closed by the time we could get there. I called and talked to Mr. Smitty and he gave me Todd's phone number to call when we were on the way. Todd met us there after closing and showed us the motorhome, but it wasn't the layout we were looking for and he showed us a few more regular motorhomes. I learned more about motorhomes from Todd, than I have from any other RV dealer I have ever dealt with. Good honest and caring people at Smitty's Auto Sales! We are in no rush to Purchase a Class A Toy Hauler Motorhome and hoping they get one that fits our needs by next fall, so we can purchase from them! House fire... Insurance paid first 12 months temp housing. Bought a used Monaco Diplomat 40' diesel pusher with 4 slides from Todd (founder's son-in-law) at Smitty's Auto of Angola IN. One owner RV... Looked new inside and out. Todd was 100% honest about everything. We lived in it for 1 yr, 10 months as I had to relocate to another state. RV saved our lives and allowed us to see what part of the Sunshine state was best for us...
I can't recommend this place enough!! I was working with another RV dealership who took my $500 deposit and then two days later decided they couldn't finance me without a $12,000 down payment due to it being an older model. I was so frustrated with their service and then I found this RV online. I used the online chat feature and Todd was quick to respond to me. He let me come look at the RV after hours with no pressure to purchase it. I loved it so I went back when they were open. The financing was a quick and simple process and he know exactly what to do to make it work for us. I did not know anything about how to operate all the things. Darrell was great in showing me how to work everything and even took us on a test drive because I was too nervous to drive such a big RV. The customer service they have given us has been over the top from facetiming with me to troubleshoot an issue with the converter on a Sunday (which was a cheap easy fix), to helping get it winterized and summerized. Such a trustworthy place. You must check them out! We will be back and maybe next time we get a boat!!
