My wife and I purchased a B class from Blue Compass Ogden. There were a few things that had to be addressed, warranty, as is the case with a new RV. Teresa, the parts manager ordered the replacement parts for us and did a GREAT job throughout the process. She kept us informed on status and got ahold of us as soon as the parts came in. It is refreshing to deal with a dealership that has great people like Teresa and takes care of you like Teresa did! I had to edit this review because our experience with Blue Compass RV Ogden, in particular, parts manager Teresa Jessen continues to impress us! We were waiting for a few parts to come in and we received them today. Like our first experience with Teresa this experience was GREAT! Teresa has kept us informed on status the whole time. Super happy with my experience! Bought a used 5th wheel and Hunter was very forgiving about my inability to pull the trigger due to issues with my ability to travel to the lot from Colorado. Then my truck needed parts to setup the anderson hitch which one of the guys had to run to Salt Lake for and because if the delay they let me stay in the RV on site. Friday, the name of the mechanic in the shop, worked late to straighten out my bent up truck bed to get it all setup so I could head back to Colorado the following morning. Love the trailer and the service!
