This is a great place to buy a RV. We just purchased a fifth wheel there and the staff was great to work with. I think we talked to almost every person that worked there from the owner on down and they all were very friendly and helpful. They are easy to deal with, no pressure, and just a great small town atmosphere. If you're in the market for a RV definitely check them out.

My wife and I had been in the market for a KZ Connect C241RLK Travel Trailer for a couple of months, trying to find exactly what we wanted at a great price! We had been in communications with a lot of dealerships making their offers, but it was something special about Showalter RV that set themselves apart! And you won't find out how special, until you meet and talk with them in person. Not only did they provide exactly what we were looking for, it was for a great deal as well! The process was smooth, they responded to every question and they provided first class customer service. You will not feel pressured, hounded or rushed into something you don't want. We purchased our Dutchmen Voltage 4271 from Showalter RV in 2021. The purchase experience was relatively smooth, except for one issue. When we ordered the unit and settled on the price, I specifically asked Josh if that price was locked in even if the manufacturer changed the invoice price (which was happening sometimes back in 2021), and Josh assured me the price would not change. A few months later when we picked up our RV, the price did go up since Dutchman raised the invoice price and Showalter passed that increase on to us, which is why I asked that specific question. We decided to proceed, but I was told they would not raise the price on us if that exact situation happened. Aside from that issue, we have had nothing but good experiences from Showalter RV. Fast forward to 2024, I noticed a crack in the fiberglass near one of our slideouts in front which can be indicative of excessive frame flex. I reached out to Showalter to let them know in case it turned into something major, since we literally only had a few days left on our Dutchmen structural warranty. To my surprise, Michelle was able to get the repair approved under warranty and have us in there the same week. Not only that, I mentioned in passing that we had water damage in our slideout floors from the water wicking through the Darco, and she got those approved for replacement under warranty as well. So shoutout to Keystone / Dutchmen for honoring the warranty without hassle. We also added ABS plastic under the slide floors to protect it. Luckily, our frame was fine, but the aluminum in the wall was in need of repair so they took care of everything. Their technicians (shout out to Jody) did a great job. Michelle was excellent to work with, with great responsive and thorough communication at every step!
