We purchased our first RV, a class A motorhome, from Blue Compass at Myrtle Beach on 11/13/25. Being RV Newbies, the site team was extremely helpful and proactive in helping us navigate the buying process. All of the staff there actually do work as an extremely customer oriented group. When you walk in the door, someone will quickly greet you with a smile and ask how they can help you. Stacy, Tim, Susan, Denny, and Bradley were exceptional. Having just signed an annual lease at a campground across the street from Blue Compass, we visited the dealership on the advice of a friend. We are new to the RV world abd wanted a dealer that was nearby should we need any service support. When we walked in the door, we were looking at fifth wheels. Denny let us look at several before suggesting a destination trailer that met all of our needs. Not only did the trailer meet our needs, Denny and his sales partner, Stacy, saved us over $75,000 compared to what we were planning on spending at another dealership. The help of Denny and Stacy made this purchase easy and simple. Also, becuase our site is across the street, Blue Compass will deliver it to our site and set our rig up for a very reasonable cost.

I can tell you I would definitely buy from them again. Their customer service is beyond excellent. I bought my camper back in August and just camped for the first time at Ocean Lakes. I called them up to ask Mike the salesman if he could come to the campground to show me again how everything worked. He came right away without hesitation and walked me through the process. I could not have asked for better customer service. Then he left and came back to put my plate on because I did not have any tools. He gave me his card and said call him if I have any other questions. I could not have asked for any better customer service. What that means is they just don't sell you a camper and forget about you. They follow through making sure they care. Thank you Mike.

I was expecting this to be a 2, maybe 3 star review, but they really exceeded my expectations. I bought a new fifth wheel here in 2022. It needed a new roof last year, and Blue Compass replaced it under the manufacturer's warranty. (A completely different story why it needed one at 2 years). So I picked it up then, and I had a couple concerns but was assured all was well. By the way, those folks are not with the company any more. Fast forward to this September and I'm at the Outer Banks and seeing bad wrinkles just behind the front cap. I contact Blue Compass and they put me through to Mike, the maintenance manager. We talk through the fix to finish my trip and get it to them. Mike thinks they can just repair it, but once they start pulling it apart, he decided it needs an entire new roof. The first membrane they put down, Mike wasn't happy with it, so they pulled it up and rolled another one out. Mike wasn't happy about that one either, so he had them pull it up and the next one looks incredible. I don't think I've seen brand new ones this nice. There's too much for a typed review to explain what was wrong with the first two they put down, but I will say there are those who would have sent it out the door, especially when they're covering the cost. Mike wasn't satisfied with "good enough". All of this was completed in just a couple of weeks. The deal you get when buying a camper is important, but it's more important how they take care of you after you leave the lot. I hope all of this makes sense, but I just can't get over the lengths they went to in order to make this right.

We had a fantastic experience at Blue compass in myrtle beach! Our sale rep Cory was top notch, stayed in contact with us the entire purchase of our travel trailer. They even put us in a campground close by for a shakedown of the new rig incase there were any issues. The prep team did a great job as well. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!
