The service manager , Chris, went above and beyond to help us as we were traveling through Klamath Falls. On our trip to California we noticed our tail light/ stop light not working on our camper . After checking the fuse we needed more help. Although they were extremely busy , Chris took the time to try to help diagnose the issue. Although he could not isolate the issue with our short time in town , he called and set up appointment with another repair faculty in Redding ,California ( our next stop). We are grateful for the kindness and concern Chris showed us during our time of need . I would highly recommend going here if you have any RV needs .
Any outfit can do paperwork and sell an rv. And if everything works out just as it should, one goes away happy. But it’s when things don’t go as planned that you find out just what type of people and company you’re working with. Having never owned an rv before, and without the least bit of experience or knowledge on how fix pretty much anything, I was fit to be tied when the “hokie” hookups I was set up with where our brand new 5th wheel is weren’t working out..! Josh, their regional manager, happened to be in town and when he and their GM, Forest, and the service manager Chris all teamed up, I knew I had bought the right unit at ABSOLUTELY the right place. What those 3 did for me was so far beyond reasonable customer service that I will send everyone I know to RV Country Klamath Falls for anything rv related, sales or service…!! All 3 took personal time and were truly amazing..! I cannot thank you folks enough….!!!!
First-time RV shoppers. Pleasant experience with the salesman there. Showed us what we were looking for, informative, helpful, and definitely NOT pushy... a plus. Buying an RV is a big deal. So, knowing the specs is a plus. Dakota did a great job working with us today. Now it's time to figure out if they have what we want or if we are going to have to travel away from home to find it. 9/23: I've been waiting to hear that our door seal and lock have come in ? It's been 4 months. Customers having to do the leg work and phone calls to get warranty work done isn't very good customer service. I'll call again tomorrow.

Jake was awesome, not pushy like some sells people. I recommend anybody going there to see Jake if you’re interested in a new RV. The detailers need to do a better job that’s the only downfall. I have get the trailer home to find it not really clean for having it for two days. but other than that, the experience was awesome.
