This review is specific to our purchase of a new 5th wheel. I've never used them for service but suspect they'd offer a great experience. I found both the sales and svc/prep crew to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our new 2026 Forest River Salem Hemisphere 286rls had all of our requested mods complete, was clean and ready for pickup at the agreed upon time and date. If you're looking for a new rv that they offer, I'd recommend giving them your business.
I can’t say enough good things about United RV and their team of people. Blakely, who is the president of the company is just a wonderful person to work with on the purchase of a used or new RV. Knowledgeable and friendly resonates throughout the entire team. I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. Just picked up a new Entegra Odyssey 30Z from them yesterday. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire transaction. I highly recommend United RV.
My previous review was all great for shopping experience but after living in rv for week or two things are going from good to bad, converter went brand new 2025.... propane tank had bad valve. No filter in water filter system, bad water hose seal...remotes missing. TV and fireplace stopped working. U call they said once inspection is done and delivered they aren't responsible. Upon reply from owner, obviously from previous reviews by others, once they deliver or pick up they wash hands and don't care. As for power pole the rv techs said no the pole short didn't cause converter to go and the faulty propane tank was not even addressed. The hose was leaking from INSIDE the panel (they had to remove entire panel (faulty seal) not hose itself. I understand my rv is covered under warranty and its not the issue what I have issue with is no response and not careing until u give bad review. Swapping out propane tank and finding where my remotes went to would be a nice gesture. Also they never left me the washer/ dryer manuals either that I had spent $3000 to have installed.
The purchasing process was great and dealing with Blakley is a pleasure. No complaints on the purchasing end. I felt they were fair and responsive. The service department however, is a complete dumpster fire. No call backs, not filing paperwork, constant delays. Always have to chase the service manager around and eventually contact management. If you buy from here, go elsewhere for service and parts.
Very friendly, no nonsense or hard pressure sales. Was important to me to use a local family owned business, and they treat like family.
