Last year, I deleted all Google Reviews, about thirty in all. Wade's RV has prompted me to cease the boycott. Kaitlin Peters and my wife had logged quite a bit of time on the phone by the time I joined them in discussing a trade of our beloved 2019 Dutch Star diesel pusher for a new 2026 44-foot model. I was getting a little brittle by that point, having been handed the phone over a half-dozen times to talk with various dealers nationwide, all of whom wanted to give us pennies on the dollar for our pristine motorhome and charge full retail for theirs. But, this company I'd never heard of just 160 miles to our north was providing the best numbers of anyone. Well, long story short, dealership owner Randy Wade drove down to visit in person. We had a great time, sipped some bourbon and talked about airplanes and motorhomes, careers and family. Talking as a fellow pilot and RV maintainer, I took him on a tour of our rig and pointed out every detail I could think of. Two days later, Kaitlin brought a detailer and a technician along with my new bus, setting out before dawn! By 11AM we had swapped out my modified Casper Queen and platform, putting the 2026 Sleep Number King into the 2019 trade-in, and my new 2026 Dutch Star was detailed and seemingly ready to join the lineup at Hershey! Honestly, doing a side-by-side spreadsheet comparison of the Wade's trade-in versus a hypothetical private sale and cash purchase, Wade's triumphed over a sampling of dealerships spanning from Washington state to Florida. Then, on its first trip to San Antonio, ANOTHER Wade's customer and fellow Dutch Star owner sought me out, asked to tour my coach, and waxxed poetic about the Wade's team, saying that he ranked their maintenance with that of the Newmar factory in Indiana. Small world. Kaitlin is part of a long chain of the Newmar legacy stretching back to 1977, when her boss started working at a dealership, later befriending the founding fathers of the Holiday Rambler and Newmar brands. Nearly a half-century later, Wade's has close ties to the vaulted brand, America's most popular diesel pusher. In a way, "talking Newmar" with Wade's via Kaitlin is the closest you can get to dealing directly with the motorhome's Nappanee, Indiana, mother ship.

I wish I could leave more stars. From the time that I started a conversation with Preston in sales, until I was pulling out with my new travel trailer, the customer service, communication, friendliness, attention to detail, etc. was outstanding. The whole team, was fantastic to work with. Preston answered all of our questions and ensured we knew everything before going forth with the purchase. Adam in finance was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy. Robert in service was very thorough explaining everything to us about our new purchase and making sure everything was perfect. A very pleasant experience!

Wade’s RV has exceptional customer service! My husband & I saw a pre owned fifth wheel on their website and we called and bought it over the phone! Our sales person, Randall, sent us videos and pictures and kept us informed every step of the way! Davey did our show out and explained in detail how everything worked. Great experience!

I had an amazing experience at Wade’s RV! Alyssa in sales went above and beyond from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right RV. Sticker shock on final service bill. Make sure you stay on top of your billing. Also, I was told some special parts were found and ordered. They were not. I got a call a month later and told the parts could not be found and to come pick up the camper. All that was said was to blame the guy who used to work there: some guy named Alex. Where is the QA that transfers job orders? When I did pick up the camper I looked over the work and it was NOT done with care. My furnace was sticking out of the wall at least an inch. Someone had thrown a large dirty piece of linoleum onto the bed. ALL THAT SAID: I would like to THANK JUSTIN for coming out and fixing and explaining all the things that were originally supposed to be done properly. He spent over an hour redoing work.
