William Illa is the best! Very knowledgeable and patient. He made sure we understood everything throughout the process and took great care to be available whenever we needed. Joe Garcia was our walk-through technician and very thorough. He knew every spec and use of all components. He very calmly and graciously answered every question we had and made sure we were fully introduced to our new motor home. Update - our Service Expert, Joe Garcia, came by this morning to check and see if everything was ok and if we had any questions after staying the night in the motorhome!! We had an amazing experience while buying our new 2026 Anthem from MHSRV. We started our purchase over the phone with Cowboy (Robert) and finished with Graham. There were a few issues along the way, none of which were the fault of MHSRV. The guys were very upfront and communicated along the way and handled them professionally. The closing process with Chris and Matt in finance was perfect. Now onto delivery we were paired up with Nick who helped us with any little fixes that a home on wheel's needs. Checkout drive with Graham was awesome. Then we were able to stay in there campground to move our stuff onto the new rig. This is an amazing team and I would highly recommend purchasing from them.
