I just read Steven Basham's review and I'm right there with him. Kolin (K-State fan!) was my sales guy. Terry (I think that's right) was the money guy and Amber in the service bay doing the delivery. All we straightforward, efficient and prepared. I'm generally quite disillusioned with car/RV dealers these days but not Royal. The entire process was perfect.

From the moment I walked in to the day I drove off the lot, the entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Curt, who assisted with the sale, was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the selection process smooth and enjoyable. Terry in finance was equally impressive. He explained everything clearly, handled the paperwork efficiently, and ensured the financing portion was stress-free and straightforward. However, I want to place special emphasis on Amber Webb, who truly went above and beyond. Amber took an extraordinary amount of time walking me through the trailer in detail, paying close attention to every feature and system. We started working with Royal RV and Auto Center in September 2025. We enjoyed working with them as they were very professional and extremely low pressure. We were interested in the Renegade Vienna 25 DLC. We worked with Curt Smith for several months and he was amazing during the entire process. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable to us. On Christmas Eve Curt, and his Sales Manager Josh, made us a deal we could not refuse. We picked up our RV on Wednesday, January 7th from Middlebury, Indiana. The Customer Service was spot on, and Amber Webb was fantastic. She took the time to show us everything we needed to know to get started on our adventure. Even with repeated questions, she was patient and professional. Being first time RVers, they let us stay one night in the parking lot to try it out. That was a huge benefit to us.
