When we decided to downsize our fifth wheel, we explored several RV dealers in the area. Our visit to Premier RV turned out to be a refreshing experience. Zach welcomed us, listened to our needs, and pointed us toward the best options on the lot. He offered to guide us through the selection process or give us space to browse independently, always available for any questions. It was a relief to explore campers freely, discuss features at our own pace, and not feel pressured. After a few weeks of consideration, we returned to Premier RV to finalize our decision. Zach maintained just the right level of communication, checking in occasionally via text rather than overwhelming us with calls. When we were ready, the trade-in process was smooth, fair, and efficient. We left with exactly what we wanted, thanks to Zach’s professionalism and easygoing approach. Purchase a used 2022 Pinnacle 38 FLGS from Premier RV. I found it online and agreed on final sales price. Before purchasing I was sent pictures and a walk through video of the unit all seemed to be in good order. The salesman assured us the unit was in tip top condition so we decided to drive up from Houston Texas for a final inspection before purchasing. Overall the unit was as described other than damage to the double recliners. Upon discovering this I ask why it was not disclosed before I drove over 850 miles only to discover the issue myself...why wasn't I told? Long story short, they said that they would pay for the recliner repairs, they even gave me the name of a company to contact for the repairs back in Houston so we agreed to move forward with the sale. After getting back to Texas, and getting the company they suggested for us to use to come out for the repairs we were told by the repairman that the repairs would not hold up and that they would not warranty their work due to faulty material on the recliners. Premier RV was notified of the findings and we were told that someone would be getting back with us in a few days, but no one ever did. After several attempts reaching out to them with no replies we feel we were being ghosted by Premier RV. So as much as I hate to make a post like this, I feel future buyers need to be made aware of our story, hopefully it doesn't happen to you. Good luck. Adding this statement as a reply to Mr Brad Thompson's response to mine...(Below) Of course the repair is still holding up, BECAUSE WE STILL HAVEN'T SAT IN IT YET. The repair company y'all referred us to assured us that it would not hold, so why would we want to sit on it? Yes, the salesman did reach out as you stated, and said that he would get with you the owner and the managers to see where we go from here. Guess what, I never heard back from any of you either. Out of curiosity, I decided to look at the reviews on the Premier RV website and see where you (owner) posted a reply to my review for all the public to see to make yourselves look caring. Yet once again, no direct reply or contact with me from anyone at Premier RV, just as before Once again I feel future buyers need to be made aware of our story, I hope this doesn't happen to any of you. Skip was great to work with on line and in person. They honored everything that we talked about. One little problem with the refrigerator doors opening on the way home but they responded in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend Premier RV. We purchased a Ember RV. A GREAT choice.
