My wife and I recently purchased a Millennium Prevost from Olympia Luxury Coaches. Our purchase experience was fantastic from start to finish. I contacted Brad after seeing the coach on their website and made arrangements to fly into Nashville to see it in person. We arrived at Olympia which is an impressive and beautiful facility. We were greeted by Brad and he gave us a tour of the coach. The quality, condition and paint scheme was exactly what we were looking for. However the interior, although in excellent condition was not the colors we wanted . After expressing these concerns with Brad we met with the owner Austin. Austin went over renovation ideas and options with us and he felt confident they could make it the coach of our dreams. We moved forward with the purchase. Austin put us in contact with his wife Rachael (a superstar) to help with the renovation and to help us make the upholstery selections. Rachael was awesome! She has a great eye for detail and interior design. She was so helpful by sending numerous pictures and mailing over 30 samples for us to see in person. She was always available no matter what time of day for questions. Upon completion of the renovation, we set a time with Olympia to take delivery of the coach. Rachael went above and beyond with additional decor and accessories topped off with a leather accent pillow as a gift that tied everything together. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out...it was top notch! During our two day stay, Brad and Austin impressed us with their in depth knowledge while teaching us how to use the coach. They went over the entire coach thoroughly to make sure everything was in working order. The customer support did not end when we left Olympia. We've been able to reach Austin with technical questions 7 days a week. We want to thank the entire team at Olympia from Austin and Rachael, the owners, Brad in sales, Blake and Dan in service, Chris in detail and numerous other employees we came in contact with. All were very friendly and happy to help. If you're considering purchasing a luxury coach make sure you give the team at Olympia the opportunity to earn your business. You won't be disappointed!
Blake and the crew at Olympia took great care of me and my coach. I was passing through the Nashville area and they were able to diagnose and repair my Webasto as well as some additional issues that I created (bottomed out entering a parking lot) the day prior to my arrival. I was kept informed and treated very well. Very friendly and helpful.

We have grown to know the people in sales and service over the years and appreciate their knowledge and expertise. We can’t say enough good things about this company. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had when spending close to a half million dollars. I flew in for the day. Asked if I could get a ride from the Airport to the dealership. Was told to grab a Uber. Now that’s customer service. Strike one for me. While I was there go very little attention even when I had an appointment. Kinda like they were bothered by me being there to buy a coach. Felt like I was being rushed. I ended up wiring a deposit of 30k. Was told it would be a few weeks before I could pick it up. No problem. I just wanted right. That week of pickup my business schedule changed and asked if I could pick up on Saturday. Told they don’t work on Saturday. So I asked about a Friday pick up. Heard crickets. After getting the run around My instincts kicked in. I told them that the deal was off. The first words out of Brad and Austin mouth were. You don’t get your deposit back it’s in the paperwork you signed. I said cool. Just please show me the signed document. I never signed anything. They were insistent they wanted to keep my money. I said my attorneys would be happy to work this out with them. I looked back at their form I never signed and it did not show anything about non refundable deposits. I pointed this out to Austin. He’s reply was it should have been and they just changed systems. Needless to say he was very upset he didn’t get to keep my deposit. Which he did send back. I have been in Sales all my life. I understand how to handle adversity and bring the customer around 98% of the time. Not once did he apologize or ask how he could retain my business. This was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Trust me . I handle a lot of deals trough the year. If you’re looking to do business with greedy people. This is the place.
My husband and I recently purchased a Millennium coach from Olympia Luxury Coaches. Austin and Brad are very knowledgeable and friendly. Tech Jonathan was great and walked us through all of the electronics on the coach. Gil is AMAZING!!!!! He did such a thorough job on the walk through of the coach. Answered all of our MANY questions!!! He is a very smart? Friendly guy!!! We will definitely do business with them again and Will highly recommend them to others in the market!!!
