We bought a 5th wheel RV from Midwest & were very pleased at the level of help, service & information provided at every step of the process. Coty was our contact & salesman. Coty got us set up to visit the factory & watch production & worked it so we got a hard to get unit just when we needed it & at the best price we had seen for it. They went the extra mile for us over & over again. These guys do business the way business should be done. We were more than 100% satisfied.
They can fill up your propane. They also dug through there shelves to find me a hinge for my hot water heater door. Super helpful. Super friendly.
Coty and Amber are amazing! We did the finance option online after looking at a Forestwood. Coty quickly reached out and had us going through the process. If you’re actively serving please let them know. They can help out even more! We showed up to pick up our RV and they were extremely open and helpful. They didn’t shy away from telling us issues and tips to help us first timers. Seriously folks this is THE PLACE. UPDATE 3/10/2025 Warranty issues The initial process of buying and getting the RV was amazing! Our salesman made sure we were well informed and clearly answered any question me and my wife had. Great selection of RVs and campers. Now the bad, I’m currently deployed and my wife noticed me that the sink won’t stop dripping. My wife calls and Jason answers after her being on hold for 10 minutes. Now the hold I’m not upset about. The attitude, disrespect, and blatant unprofessionalism of Jason needs to be addressed. When we buy the rv and we are told “if you have any issues and it’s in warranty we will come out and take care of it.” We expect just that. My wife, who is taking care of everything while I’m gone does not deserve to have Jason making remarks about “yup 45 minutes away that’s what I thought” in a negative tone and be argued with on how Hutsonville is close enough but where we live is not. We are only 10 more minutes, if that, away from the town. Then Jason wants to say they don’t go out of state. Eventually Jason said he will do my wife “a favor and send someone out this one time. But it won’t be until next week.” And my wife said that’s fine just let her know because she works evenings. Jason again got frustrated and went off about her working. Now this is all what my wife has said. She is not a confrontational person but I am. We were warned by multiple staff members there that Jason has a bad attitude but I couldn’t believe he treats his customers this way especially when it’s his products under warranty. If you are just looking for a place to buy one and never need service then this place works. But, if you want somewhere where after the purchase they treat you right. Avoid here from our experience.
Absolutely AMAZING people. We are day 1 into our cross country honeymoon trip and realized we both thought the other had the camper keys. So we googled a RV shop and went here and the people were fantastic. They tried every key that had to get us into our camper. Finally one of the employees had a lot of spare keys and he was able to wiggle one to get the locks unlocked so we could change them. Thank you so much for you help and getting us back on the road for our trip.
Jason is our hero! He saw that we were stranded on I-70 on his day off and called into the shop. A sheriff had left a message on our behalf that we needed a rear suspension part replaced our a trailer but we couldn’t move it from the highway. Jason helped us with the part immediately and was able to help us with the replacement as well. We will be forever grateful for the kindness and sense of urgency Jason and Midwest RV & Van treated us with in our time of need! We look forward to doing more business with them in the future!
