I was excited at first to find a dealership that deals with the brand of RV I have. It’s still under full warranty and has all of the extended warranties. My refrigerator went out after only a few months. Was told the diagnostic fee is 199 an hour. Very disappointed. The dealership I purchased it from is terrible too. I now get why people told me I’d regret owning a camper. Servicing and even warranty issues are a HUGE problem.
Just wanted to say that the entire experience was great. Sales was beautiful. Everything that I expected to be done in the trailer was done and even a little bit more it went the extra mile to really make everything work out smoothly and I just wanted to thank you all. Crystal and Jamie at McKeever RV were amazing to work with. Everyone was very professional and yet friendly and no pressure sales tactics . Unlike the pressure and BS you get with the big RV sales companies. I love the home town small business feel of the company even down to meeting the owner. Their price was right and have quality campers. We were driving thru on vacation and saw the business and decided to stop and now we are headed home with a new camper.
The folks at McKeever are the best. It was a real pleasure to work with them. Our sales person Jamie is super friendly and walked us through different campers without being pushy. When we finally decided on the camper we wanted(which we pretty much already had our heart set on through the website) he was genuinely excited for us and thought it was a good decision. The service department was also very friendly and extremely helpful as Ray walked us through all the aspects of the camper the day we picked it up.The parts department was very busy but still took time to walk us through some of the things we needed for our 1st RV.
