I had a great experience here, Shane was very kind and patient, and took the time to show me several campers & answer all my questions. I absolutely love the camper I chose, and I was pleasantly surprised that they went above and beyond to complete some small tasks that weren’t even on the pickup punch list, ( like replacing the end caps of the back bumper). I’ve bought many campers through the years, and most dealers won’t bother with these fine details. The camper was clean, smelled fresh, and everything was in working order as they demonstrated before I left the lot. Friendly people, great campers, reasonable prices, what more can anyone ask for? I’d definitely purchase here again.
Let me say if you are shopping for a camper just go ahead and pass up all the big dealerships and head right on down to Parkway. They don't add on all the fake fees like the big dealerships do which is a win win for the buyer. Shane Hiett was AWESOME to work with as well as LaWanda. Their customer service was impeccable! These are some great folks to purchase a camper from.
My experience with this place was wonderful! The salesman's name is Shane and he helped tremendously with the purchase of my new RV. This is a family run business and there is no pressure like a larger dealer. The deal was easy, all the people were friendly and helping each other. I will definitely recommend and come back.
Before making any purchase, make sure to check all systems out and really give yourself the time and attention to do so as older Campers are sold "as is". This is a standard to follow anywhere you go to make a purchase. That stated, we purchased an older camper and our salesman was very nice and attentive. He worked hard to help us get a certain matter resolved. Now we can rest easy. I've always wanted a camper and the one I purchased was in my budget. So glad to have my dream vehicle. Thanks Parkway RV!
I had a outstanding experience purchashing and shopping at Parkway Rv. Rusty was very professional, responsive, and friendly. anytime I contacted him for information or questions he was available. He did not make me feel like I was a burden. Also Austin was a very big help! His video on youtube of the exact RV I purchased was as advertised. He also gave me some information on how to operate and maintain my RV. I will and would recommend Rusty and Austin for future business!!
