We had the greatest sales team and experience. David and Kevin were absolutely phenomenal. They made our experience as first time RV buyers flawless. David helped us make a logical but great decision for our family. Even the service tech Matt, which should do all new RV walk through, was great. He was very detailed with everything he showed us about our new RV and was even personable with what his family had done with their own RV. This will be the only place we do any RV business with from now own.
My husband and I purchased a brand new 2026 Forest River Viking 12000rok on Black Friday. This was our Christmas present for this year. Camping World of Murfreesboro, TN made us feel at home. They were so kind. They treated us like family. Our sales representative David Junkins has the biggest heart. He goes above and beyond for his customers. This is my second visit to the store this week for accessories and parts. Both times a young lady named Cera help me out. She is very friendly courteous and knows her stuff. She helped me get what I needed quickly and and matched the prices online for me. I have traveled to several camping worlds around the country. She is hands-down probably the best employee that’s ever waited on me.
My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer from Camping World in Murfreesboro, and our salesman David Junkins made it a pleasurable experience. HORRIBLE!!!!! The sales staff is fine and friendly but that is where it ends! They will sale it to you then your on your own! I bought a brand new 70k destination trailer. It arrived with a broken shower door and broken awning. It is now 2 months later... the parts finally came in 3 weeks ago but camper is still not fixed. Good luck getting anyone to take ownership or responsibility! Good luck even getting corporate to respond(which they didn't). I swear I think it is ran by children. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had!!! How in the world can a business be this large and be this irresponsible. You have been sufficiently warned so buyer beware.
