I am a Disabled Veteran, I could not travel too Ohio easily without enduring possible severe chronic pain. Purchased an Road Trek 190 sight unseen. Had delivered unseen. Took a HUGE financial risk. My friends thought I was nuts. Got RV delivered today. Seems better than I expected so far. Even one skeptical friend is impressed and he can find problems with everything and anything. Too cold to fully test out right away but generator hums right along. Interior is excellent condition. You can find wear and heavy use by checking the steering wheel, see if its worn smooth, brake and gas pedal foot wear. Drivers seat wear and tear etc, Steering wheel felt close to new, drivers seat was excellent condition. Engine seems fine, transmission seems fine, suspension when going over speed bumps was excellent. Vehicle alignment seems excellent. So far this Road Trek 190 seems to be better than I expected. Yes, I can highly recommend Kuhn Truck and RV. This Road Trek will give me more comfort just in driving to the local VA clinic and give me freedom too travel again. Note; when you have orthopedic and lower back problems. Your spine can feel every bump in the road. This Road Trek 190 glides over bumps like cars in the 60's and 70's use to do.

I did plenty of shopping around with other dealers closer to me and still decided that the 7 hour drive to purchase with Kuhn was worth the trip. Buying a vehicle remotely was just not an option in our minds, but we live in Yellowstone and the rig we wanted showed up in Ohio. Levi promised to let us know if a hard-to-find four seater camper van came in, and sure enough he did. That certainly boosted our confidence in remote buying, as he's serving customers that are not even customers yet. He didn't forget about us. We were unable to purchase that one, but over time we found one on their YouTube page in our price point with everything we wanted. We made a trade-in deal on our pickup from home, and with neither of us seeing the other's vehicle except in pictures, we traversed the 1500 miles to Kuhn. Honestly, we expected the camper van condition to be slightly inferior to what the pictures showed but were surprised and delighted that it was in better condition. The guys put in a lot of effort updating our rig, and it was quite evident that not only was customer satisfaction important to them, their attention to detail and business integrity was even more so. A good example is that I asked Levi for "a" picture under the van and a couple other specific areas on the outside for clarification, and he sent me a whole bunch of pictures, not just "a" picture. That effort on his part was key to making this deal. We asked specific questions, and he answered in detail without overlooking any of them. We've now driven our new camper van over 1500 miles, and everything works beautifully exactly as he said it would except a little flaw with our new backup camera, which is a manufacturer's warranty issue, not Levi's. He has offered to assist with processing that if we need help. The long and short of it is that making a Kuhn purchase means we feel less like a customer and more like family. My boyfriend and I drove all the way from New York to purchase a 2022 Palomino Backpack HS- 750 truck camper.
