I was really nervous when coming to privately owned business, I knew we were about to make a life changing chapter in our life, empty nesters my husband and myself purchased our first trailer and I will never forget the service that we received. Outstanding customer service the gentleman and his wife they will always be in our hearts for the next year to two years we will live in in our new home and I am so excited they even spent time with us to show us how to work the units and best of all the gentlemen even gave my husband his backup tire the best place to go for the best price don't miss out.
I drove from California all the way up to Michigan to buy our new Shadow Cruiser 248 RKS, and I don’t regret that long trip at all. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Kimble, not only everything went smooth and easy but also Jeff went way beyond my expectations, he even got directly involved into installing additional safety components before I leave the place. I fully recommend Kimble auto & RV to anyone. Best customer service experience ever, too bad that I can’t give them more than 5 stars. I can’t thank them enough. So happy we found Kimble Auto and RV! Jeff and Tom have been amazing to work with. They got us into a beautiful new camper with a slide and kept our budget in mind the whole time. They even came in on a Sunday when they were closed to accommodate our schedule! They went through everything at pick up and made sure we were still happy moving forward! They are a family owned business and they go the extra mile which in todays world is hard to find. They were patient while we made our decision and not pushy.
