Amazing customer service and staff. Very responsive to my concerns and provided multiple options and quotes for various trailers. They made my trade-in and new purchase very hassle-free and easy. They also helped with the installation of after market products so that my trailer works off grid with extra batteries and solar. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable employees. The place we bought our travel trailer from is no longer in business, so we found Fun Town and were very well taken care of by Jackie Titus and Bridgette Jakey. We had not used the travel trailer in a couple of years and needed a refresher for some operations. Bridgettte gladly answered our questions. Even walked around the unit with us in the blowing snow.
