We purchased our 2024 camper off the lot in spring of 2025 when Camping World just opened their new retail/service store in Boyertown, Pa. We “newbies” received excellent service from the start. Sales helped us find the right travel trailer in our budget. Finance helped us through the purchase and explained our benefits with GoodSam membership, which by the way has been worth it. The retail shop has honored all our benefits as members including discounts and service perks. We had an issue with our door which was damaged prior to our time of purchase. Camping World service department helped advocate for our warranty repairs and as a result, Forest River honored our warranty. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received thus far. The staff is polite, helpful and go above to provide excellent customer service. They have helped us learn so much about our camper since its purchase from explaining its parts to helping us purchase necessary items. I want to give a shout out to Colleen & Fred in retail for helping us find the right items for our new camper. Jordan in service was excellent in communicating our repair needs and educating us on care of our RV. I understand there were issues with the prior owners of this RV store before Camping World purchased their business. I can assure you that is not the present case. I give them 5+ stars for customer satisfaction.
They get a three star review because the price was better than anywhere else. R.V was supposed to be delivered after repairs were done, delivered with anymore being done. The orientation was a joke. I know nothing.I just signed the paper because I felt like I had to. I guess I'll figure it out on Youtube. I do not recommend buying from this place unless you have experience with an rv. So far i'm regretting this purchase because I don't see us ever using it i feel incredibly unprepared
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Nick at RV World. From the moment we started talking, Nick was incredibly friendly, easy to relate to, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question without rushing, and made sure I actually understood the process instead of just pushing a sale. What really stood out was how comfortable he made the whole experience—no pressure, no salesy vibes, just honest guidance and great communication. Nick clearly knows his stuff and truly cares about helping you find the right RV, not just any RV.
I stopped by with my daughter & granddaughter to look at a camper (i eventually purchased it) and Brian and all the people there were super nice, and welcoming. They even played with my granddaughter! Picking up the camper, they went over everything, answered all my questions & even hooked up the camper to my truck. They went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend Camping World in Pottstown and Brian was an awesome Salesman!
Was just at camping world boyertown pa. to purchase a surge protector, Collen had taken care of us,along with a young guy in parts. After the purchase and conversation,Colleen got Sutton out and introduced us to him,unfortunately there was No one in service, I am a second time rv buyer from Camping world Apollo and Harrisburg pa. So I'm glad the boyertown location is close by for service and merchandise purchases. Was leaving for a trip and noticed I had a problem with my lights I was going past this location and called to see if they could help me,I spoke with Tanner in service,this was on september 22nd,Tanner said stop in we will see what we can do for you. Stopped in problem was taken care of within 40 minutes,and I was on my way,Thanks To Tanner and his crew.
