He is hands down the best salesperson we have ever worked with. Mario was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely fun to work with. We laughed, joked, and truly enjoyed the entire process, which made such a big purchase feel easy and exciting. We visited a few other dealerships, but nothing compared to Mario and the entire Colton team. We can’t say enough good things about our first RV buying experience at Colton RV. Chris Bragg was our salesman and he patiently went through all of our many many questions on RV purchasing and how everything worked. At pickup Ed was great to work with going over all the paperwork and Matt spent almost 2 hours with us going over every feature of the RV. We decided to winterize the van at pickup after the walk through and they actually bought us lunch at a local diner while they completed the work. One of the best things aside from the people and experience was the way Colton handled pricing. At every other dealer we had to dig to get the final price while dealers added expensive items like dealer prep and transport like they weren’t part of the cost. At Colton the price was the price expect for required things like tax and title. Overall it was a great experience, especially considering how nervous we were as first time buyers. We hope to have a relationship with Colton for a long time.
