On January 23rd, 2026, we took delivery of our 2025 Coachman, Colorado. We received excellent assistance and service from Ryan. Chris, Sean, Javits, Elizabeth and Justin as well as Courtney in parts. Everyone went over and above to make this a great experience! This is our fourth RV that we bought from Giant Recreation world in the last 15 years. We're looking forward to continuing to camp with the VIP camping club.

We bought our second RV from Giant Rec today and the experience could not have been better! We met Will Campbell at the customer appreciation rally in November and he showed us a unit that we really loved. Even though we didn’t purchase it then, he took the time to go over it with us and answer all our questions with absolutely no pressure! When we decided to take another look at the unit we reached out to Will and he was ready to assist us in whatever way worked best for our family. He worked hard on our behalf to get us a great deal and kept us well-informed of the entire process. Elizabeth in finance was an absolute gem to work with and she kept us laughing the entire time. She is a wiz with the numbers and knows her job like the back of her hand! She had answers for all of our questions and also made sure we stayed well-informed of the entire buying process. Javitz from finance also stepped in to assist in the process and he explained everything to us in great detail and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. Lastly, Mike from service walked us through every detail of our new motorhome and was able to answer every question we had without missing a beat! It was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to make memories in our new RV!
My wife and I came in to Giant Rec looking at new travel trailers and was met by Chris Smith. He really made the looking at different options a breeze. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us all the amazing inventory they have. My wife really appreciated he was not pushy in any way! Would definitely recommend Giant Rec and make sure you ask for Chris and tell him Chris sent you lol.
I came here to buy a new 40 foot fifth wheel toy hauler to haul around with my F350 7.3 diesel buuuut the older blonde sales lady who took me out to look at the RVs knew quite liiiiterally nothing about the RVs.... Not even the basics such as the prices..... Then she proceeded to leave my elderly father and I over a mile away from the entrance of the main building driving back in her golf cart saying should would be back 🤷 NEVER SAW HER AGAIN 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 About 45 minutes later my dad and I walked back to the main sales building and told the onsight manager what happened aaaand he didn't seem overly concerned but said he would take care of it... I WAS VERY INTERESTED IN THIS NEW $102,000 DAKOTA EAST WEST 5TH WHEEL THAT WAS ON SALE BUUUUT WOULD NEVER.... AND I DO MEAN NEVEEEEER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AFTER THE SALES LADY TREATED ME AND MY DAD THIS WAY.......... AbSoLuTeLy UnBeLiEvAbLe 🤯🤷🤯🤷🤯🤷🤯🤷🤯🤷🤯
