Best RV buying experience ever!!! These folks are a real team and all worked together to make sure every detail was correct and covered from the right camper to the correct hitch to the best price they had my back throughout the entire experience and I left feeling like I had gained a family that I will definitely be back to visit when I am ready to upgrade a few years down the road. They’ve gained a very happy and loyal customer here!! Shout out to Perry for excellent customer service and going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!! Also shout out to Phil and the service department that stepped up to help get me set up with the correct equipment regardless of the Michigan weather!! Thank you guys so much for loving what you do, it shows!!
We purchased our used 2022 Forget River Rockwood Ultra Lite 2608BS from Kary. She was very pleasant to work with, she was helpful when needed and gave us the time necessary to form our own opinion of the camper. We worked out a deal on the price, put down a deposit, and scheduled a date to come pick it up. Everyone involved was great to associate with. Junior, did our walk through with us and was very thorough. It was a pleasurable experience, well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive one way. This camper still looks like new, it must not have been used very often, and been well taken care of otherwise. I picked it up this afternoon and it was another pleasant experience. We got a fantastic deal from Fun Town RV! We purchased our camper at the camper show and picked it up today, and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our salesman, Nick, was incredibly helpful — never pushy or high pressure, just genuinely focused on helping us find the right fit. Ben was also extremely helpful throughout the process. Junior, Dave, and another service team member (wearing a Valhalla hoodie) all took great care of us and made sure everything was ready to go. Tara was great to work with as well and made things easy on the paperwork side. It was truly a great experience, and we are so happy with our camper. Thank you to the whole team!
I am very particular when it comes to purchasing my travel trailers. I go over every single inch with a fine tooth comb. I drove five hours to get exactly what I wanted and they had in stock, and before I even got there, they had already went over everything with a fine tooth comb and had it all in pristine condition, and were 7 steps ahead of me. Ben, the general manager,runs a very tight ship here, and puts out nothing but the best. He is hands on and very involved with everything, and it shows! They went above and beyond in all aspects. I can't remember the service techs name, but the gentleman who helped me set up my stabilizer bars, really took his time to get it right for me! He truly cared! Highly recommend Ben and his team at fun town RV for all of your purchases! I'm glad I read their Google reviews myself before I purchased myself, everything was phenomenal just as the reviews stated!
After several dealerships, and several r.v.'s we finally found the best deal and most awesome unit at Fun Town north Detroit (thanks to Jade @ jackson, mi fun town. Jackson didn't have a toy hauler in my size or price range but N. Detroit store did and Jade assured me they we awesome people up there, he put me in touch with Nicholas Josep in sales. What a great time we had with him showing us different options. Awesome guy no pressure and felt like we were important as people not as a sale, more like family than a number. Then came Ben the general manager who worked with us on a price we all agreed on. Definitely a pleasure doing business with even checked in on us as we went into finance. Final stop was Tara at financing... girl was awesome. She explain everything we signed, made sure we understood what we signed and had a few laughs with us. Then Trenton did our walk thru, he was awesome also...knew his stuff, and we left feeling we knew our RV. The whole event was stress free and with awesome people. Would give a 5 🌟 and Definitely recommend. Thanks again to all of you for a GREAT experience 😊
