We were initially so excited to buy from this dealer. We had given a deposit that we were assured was fully refundable. When the deal fell through and I requested my deposit back, the business went silent. After multiple attempts over several months time, I finally heard from the GM stating that I had been refunded on a certain date and to check with my bank. The refund never came. I had been told they could provide documentation of the refund but after several more attempts, I never received that either. I never wanted to leave a negative review and simply wanted my deposit back. I will never do business with this dealer.
