Bought a “like new” used camper that was delivered from Kansas to Florida, and Ronnie was a huge help throughout the process. Excellent customer service, he always answered my questions promptly. Even during one of the biggest storms up north, he managed to get the camper delivered as promised. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly, and the tech was fantastic, giving me helpful recommendations. I’d definitely do business with them again, even if it means driving five hours from South Florida. You just don’t see this level of service at other dealerships (and yes we have been to many) no gimmicks, no pressure, no added fees, just genuine, top-notch service.

First RV trailer owners, so I was worried about the experience. Let me tell you, FUN TOWN RV, Nature Coast MUST be on your radar. Our salesman, James Godsey listen to our needs and what we were looking for, Rear bath, East-West bed, 2 ACs, and he walked us over to OUR trailer, a Forest River Salem Hemisphere 265 BSRB. It had everything we wanted and the price was better than any of their competitors. There is NO freight fees, NO dealer inspection fees, NO hidden fees that other dealers track on, ranging from $4-7k, and the those RV show fees were almost double. Fun Town RV sales price was unbeatable by any of their competitors! James, Linda Forsyth (Manger) and Bill Uttech (Finance) made the process flawless and enjoyable experience. We hired a private RV inspector since this was our first RV trailer and he stated they were the most welcoming location he’s visited. Wednesday we traded in our motorhome for a trailer. We did not expect to be treated like family. Our sales person was Jim. What an amazing and experienced man. We got to meet just about everyone that works there. Ronnie, (AKA Pointer) Terri, Davey (Tech). Thank you for your help, your knowledge and friendship. You deserve more then 5 stars. We would recommend this place 💯

We traded in our first travel trailer after purchasing a 5th wheel from the Tampa show! Novak from the beginning was kind and straight up with us! He made us feel like friends and was so helpful through the whole process and made it super easy! Once we got to Crystal River, the tech Davy was thorough, helpful and professional! We had an AMAZING experience with them and will definitely be back for any future purchases!!

If you're going to buy a RV, this is the only place to consider. Simple as that. They gave me the best price within a 200 mile radius and the best customer service I've received in my life. I'm not joking. I owe it to these guys to write down what happened today. I've been researching campers for a long time. I went to the Tampa show and knew I wanted the No boundaries 18.2, but before I got to Fun Town's booth I stopped at another who was selling essentially the exact same model, but with a different name (both made by Forrest River). They gave me a quote and I told them I was going to Fun Town to see the No boundaries one and I literally saw the salesperson walk to a manager and say, "He's going to Fun Town." I didn't know what he meant until later, when I found out that Fun Town charges basically no additional fees and the other company was trying to hit me with about $3,000 worth of them. An hour later, I placed my order with Fun Town. Today I picked it up. I asked 4 guys that helped me throughout the day for their names. I apologize if I screw up who did what. I told them I had no clue what I was doing...first time RV owner. This is how the day went: 1. Ryan White walked me through the camper for over an hour and answered every question I had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. He's the kind of guy you would trust in any situation, which was the theme of the day. He gave me some great advice on additional things I definitely needed and brought me inside to buy them while they finished the setup. 2. Inside I met who I think might be the owner. His name was Randolph Fife. The guy at the register entered everything into the computer and it seemed a bit high. I asked him if he missed something and Randolph hears me and comes over. He looks at the screen and shows the guy that he entered in a 6 pack of something by mistake, rather than 1. Not sure if he felt bad or what, but then Randolph just went down the list of items and gave me a discount on almost all of them. I didn't even ask. I've never seen this before. Just pure integrity. After that, I went back outside to check on the RV. 3. There I met the sales manager who I think was David Watson. They just got the weight distribution hitch together and he was looking it over because the guy they had do it was seeing it for the first time today. I asked him if he could show me how to hitch/unhitch it and he did. Super super nice guy, extremely patient with me. As he was walking me though it, he noticed it wasn't setup perfectly so he made the adjustment needed. I told him I was driving it home tonight and didn't have a way to maneuver it down my driveway so I asked him if he could look at the dolly I brought with me. He took a look and a few minutes later had it installed for me. No charge. I thought I was good to go and started to pull away and Dave yells to me to stop the car. The balance in the weight distribution was totally acceptable, but he didn't think it was quite perfect enough so he had me come back for a quick adjustment. 10 out of 10 people in this situation would have let me continue driving away to figure it out myself, which I would have understood. Not Dave. The guy clearly cares a lot. Scott Vaughn helped him, gave me a ton of more great advice, and I was off. Felt like I just left family. Apologies for all the text. I just think when you find 4 guys that are as good as gold, you have to tell others. Thank you all! Can't wait for my first camping trip.
