I went here to look at motorhomes. We dealt with a female in her late 20's-early 30's. She was nice, but I knew more about the motorhomes than she did. She told me incorrect information about the warranty that I knew was wrong as soon as she said it. She told me several other things that I knew were incorrect about the unit we were looking. If you need details and don't have experience with RV's, I would get an experienced salesperson. It looks like some other customers named some salespeople they liked. One of their other salesman later texted me and I gave him specifics of what we were looking for (we had cash). He said he would start looking. Never heard from him again. We bought one privately. I'm not saying don't go here, just know dealers are all kind of the same, a lot depends on who the salesperson is and your personal research knowledge ahead of time if you plan on blowing over $100K. Read other reviews to get an overall picture.

Very disappointed with campers inn of Ocala. They had my unit for over a YEAR! Returned my keystone passport that was in for front cap repair and it looked worse then the damage it went in for. They will not return phone calls. Christian Diaz the service advisor gives me the runaround leaves me on hold for an hour. I finally get it back after a year and they didn’t put decals back on. Lol. It’s really a joke at this point. How people like this stay in business is beyond me. I will do everything in my power to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. DO NOT buy from them or take your unit in for repair unless you have a couple years to waste.

My husband and I were displaced because of Hurricane Milton. We were in dire straits and spent the entire day before shopping for a travel trailer in our surrounding Tampa Bay Area. To our dismay, we didn’t feel any of the places we visited were invested in our realized needs, therefore we decided to make the almost 2 hour trip to Ocala and started at Campers Inn of Ocala. By God’s grace, we were able to work with Frank Medina and not only did he demonstrate true humanity in our situation, but he heard what we needed in the present. He showed us the Grand Design Imagine 2970RL explaining how we could benefit in the short term with the extra living space as well as having enough room to reunite us with our pets. He was extremely knowledgeable in the design and features as well as the warranty. We weren’t planning on buying this day, but after Frank walked us through the no pressure process, we decided to sign that day. We are extremely grateful for Frank and we are appreciative of his knowledge and understanding of our needs. He walked us through the process and checked on us after the fact. Campers Inn of Ocala was a pleasure to do business with, and Frank Medina is an exemplary asset to this company. He is experienced and knowledgeable and has the best customer service. He has a lot to offer and teach an up and coming young person in the sales business, just how valuable genuine customer service truly is. Thank you Frank, may you continue to be successful in your career.

I wanted to visit this dealership with my trade and try to purchase our next camper here because the reviews are so good. Unfortunately I never got to. When I used the site to document my trade I was contacted by text from K_____. I don't know what K____' s position is but he has terrible phone etiquette. When I called his direct line he claimed he couldn't hear me even though I was speaking loudly into the phone. He started over talking me. It seemed like he was talking so much that he couldn't hear me and I hung up. Thinking maybe it was my phone I disconnected my Bluetooth car connection and called him back. Speaking directly into the phone I said "hi I'm calling back" and before I could even finish he started talking over me again and in a harsh tone accused me of not actually talking into the phone! I believe he said "this is the second time you called and It would help if you actually talked into the phone" or something like that. It was harsh. Umm ... I'm contacting your dealership to purchase a camper, why in the world would you make an accusation in a harsh tone for something as petty as not hearing me? I just said "I'm sorry but I don't have to be talked to like this and hung up. I feel bad for leaving a less than good review for phone call. I did email the general manager and ask if I could contact someone else in sales besides K_____ but I didn't get a response.

I’m a first time camper buyer and the folks at Campers Inn Ocala really took good care of me, Chris in the service department was awesome help on learning the unit and how it works. Cassandra and Frank were really helpful and not pushy. All in all it was an awesome experience and I’ll send anyone I know looking for a Camper or RV y’all’s way! Thanks again guys.
