We had an amazing experience at Fun Town RV in Jackson, MI! We purchased a 2022 Wildwood camper with a beautiful bunkhouse that our kids absolutely love. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable. They gave us a much higher trade-in value on our toy hauler than Camping World offered, which made a huge difference for us. Every team member we worked with—from sales to the finance manager—was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special shout-out to the maintenance tech who gave us a very thorough walk-through. Even though he mentioned he was relatively new, you’d never know it—he walked us through everything like a seasoned pro. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we couldn’t be happier with our new camper. Highly recommend Fun Town RV to anyone looking for great service and a great deal! -Hyattes

Early review Working with a Dalton shew. He has been amazing so far. Worked with me on what I wanted and did a few other things to ensure it was right for us. Fair trade in value close to the big box stores. So far so good. We will see how it pans out at the end

We had an terrific experience at Fun Town RV. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and helpful. As first time camper buyers they really helped as we tried to find a camper that is the right size for our family family and budget. We didn't feel any pressure from the staff to buy and they shared lots of really useful tips with us. We are really happy with our camper and the prices were great. We were also able to get a lot of the first time accessories we need for camping right at their store.

My husband and I purchased our very first camping trailer in September. We spent a month researching available new and used inventory online, and we kept coming back to several at Fun Town in Jackson. Our first visit was to look at trailers and learn more about camping. That was it. A week later we were convinced that the 2024 Jay Flight 212QB was perfect for us, and a few hours later, it was ours. Every person we spoke with at the dealership was friendly and very knowledgeable. Our sales person, Jade, was finishing up with a customer so Curt jumped in to show us trailers that met our needs. Both Jade and Curt were great to work with. They were patient and showed us as many trailers as we wanted to look at. No high pressure selling. Dan, the finance manager was wonderful at helping us to obtain financing and clearly explained the contract. Service and parts employees did a wonderful job as well. Bottom line, Fun Town Jackson is the only place we will deal with. We highly recommend giving them a visit when you are looking for an RV or need service or parts.

The best buying experience!! Dalton stayed very patient with us while choosing our camper. Dan made the purchase fast and easy. Both went out of their way, answered any questions, and exceptional to work with. They were the reason we stuck with Fun Town and did not look much elsewhere.
