We had an outstanding experience working with Jim May at Findlay Truck & RV. The entire process was easy, quick, and stress-free, and the customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish. We drove 13.5 hours from the middle of Kansas, and it was 100% worth the trip. Everything was handled professionally, communication was clear, and the deal went smoothly without any complications. We purchased a 2022 Keystone Raptor 423, and towed it all the way back home with zero issues — it performed perfectly. Highly recommend Jim May and the entire Findlay team if you’re looking for a top-notch RV buying experience!
We were looking for a class A motorhome and Findlay Truck and RV had a GREAT selection. We looked at 20 + then narrowed it down to 2019 Jayco 36H Prestige looking to retire down the road and travel. Thanks to Thomas May for making this a pleasant but, tech was great with delivery and questions. Found a couple of minor items and they fixed them in a timely manner. Very down to earth , family owned. Thank you Thomas and Jim May. Doug and Kris Guthrie. Marion OH
I highly recommend Findlay Truck & RV in Findlay, Ohio! I found exactly what I was looking for and the employees there made the entire experience seamless. Excellent customer service! From the moment Findlay Truck & RV’s Service Manager, Corey Duquette helped me find the perfect vehicle, their employee Adam detailing it to get it ready for me to take home, Thomas May working with me on the paperwork, and to the extremely nice owner Jim May making it a point to introduce himself to me and thank me for my business, it was a very positive experience from start to finish!
Had a wonderful experience with the owner and dealership and mostly our salesman Patrick. My husband and I felt they went over and beyond to make sure we were Happy with our camper that we purchased. Definitely would recommend our friends to go and have look if they’re in the market. Ask for Patrick he’ll do you right.
We had the best experience with this group. They so friendly and will help you in anyway they can. We bought a 2015 bounder and when they did their overall check, the air conditioner was out and the other one was going out. So they put two new ones in. Plus alot of extras that they don't have to do. I highly recommend Findlay Truck & RV for your next purchase or if you looking for one. You will be very pleased with them.

Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop Findlay Truck & RV Sales's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Findlay Truck & RV Sales listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Findlay Truck & RV Sales which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Findlay Truck & RV Sales for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through Findlay Truck & RV Sales in Findlay, Ohio.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.
