We are very pleased with Crestview Hewitt/Waco! Very knowledgeable staff across all departments - Finance, Sales and Service. We purchased a used 2017 Jayco North Point and Don (shop/service) did an awesome job getting it ready for pick up and showing us the ropes - very experienced. Kenneth (sales/finance mgr) was a huge help choosing the right 5th wheel hitch for our vehicle - extremely knowledgeable. Signing papers with David was even enjoyable. We are excited to transition from travel trailer to 5th wheel and if we need to call with an issue, feel very comfortable doing so.
This was our first camper purchase and the entire staff made sure to assist in every way possible. Antonio was amazing during our browsing stage, knew all the specs of the ones we liked and we never felt pressured to buy from him. He’s a great sales guy, highly recommend! Unlike a neighboring RV lot who pressured us from the beginning, Crestview gave us the time and space to really get a good feel of what would work for us. The buying process was fast & simple but very detailed and informative. When our new camper was ready for pickup, Jacob was very patient with us as we learned all the details we would need on the walk through. Him and the other great service tech there that day (I can’t remember his name unfortunately) were on top of the installation of our hitch, made sure our camper brake control was up and running and just overall an awesome pair to work with. We bought a new Grand Design Transcend boondocking/couples trailer from Crestview in Hewitt and we absolutely LOVE it!! All the bells and whistles, solar powered, 60 gal fresh tank.... Wow!!! We are hauling it to Montana next month 😃 Mike was our salesman and we really loved working with him. Honest and fast, he knows the RVs inside and out! Crestview in Waco/Hewitt is hands down the best place when buying new trailer. First off Kenneth Mcmillian finance department makes every thing smooth and easy. Great Sales Person Vincent Resendez friendly and very knowledgeable . Then we have Dylan in service department this guy is amazing . When I got my 2024 Ketstone Acrdia home found a leak in the butane hose. I called and they walk me through a few steps nothing work so he drove from Hewitt to Salado and changed out a hose. Not many places would have done that! This is my second trailer from Crestview and will always be the one and only I ever use. .
