Nothing but fantastic things to say about the customer service displayed here. I had many questions I had no idea what I was looking at with my RV cords and plugs. Whitney Was so patient and knowledgeable I was able to figure out exactly what was needed. Lots of places sell these plugs, but I will be back specifically for the care I was given. I started my relationship with The Ranch almost a year ago. I bought my first Harley, a Road Glide and then a trailer. The Ranch has been very helpful and patient as I built my Road Glide and trailer the way I wanted. They’ve treated me like an old friend every time I step inside the door. It’s a great place to hang out too. I’d like to thank Brad, Fuzzy, Andy, Josh, Ryan and Will for all their hard work and help. This is my Harley Home. See you soon!
I got to town without my trailer keys. I called at 6pm and Whitley tracked down a key and had it there by 10 am the next morning. The $4 key she got me saved the day. She helped me with some other parts. I couldn’t recommend her more.
The Ranch RV needs to be your #1 RV stop. We needed a new AC on our horse trailer - Whitley and the guys went above & beyond to find what we wanted and had the new AC installed in 1 day!! Yes 1 day. Their prices can not be beat, they were half the price of everyone else. They need to be your 1st stop for RV needs & repairs
I called the dealership yesterday about a very specific unit. I had a very long conversation with somebody who identified himself as Mike Mike had me do a pre-call and said he could get me done. I was very clear that I didn’t want anything to do with a bank called Medallion Bank, Merrick bank or motor one bank as their predatory lenders. He said no problem. We won’t send it there. I woke up this morning with three credit denial from those banks and when I called their finance manager to find out why he told me basically too bad so sad. Hate it for you love You mean it. These people will lie to you and do whatever they have to do to get you to fill out a credit app regardless of how it might affect your credit now I have six inquiries that I have to work off getting removed because that pulls my credit score down about five points the weary, they will lie sheet and do whatever they have to do to get your business and then will completely ignore you after the fact. And I can tell you having been a general manager of a Harley Davidson dealership for 10 years, I know that this is the inappropriate way to handle any type of transaction, especially when a customer is very specific that they do not want to do business with certain banks and then you sent their information there anyway I will be filing a complaint with the consumer financial protection board as well and Harley’s corporate offices as well as the The state attorney general in Texas. They have an office at all they do is monitor this type of behavior. They told me good luck. I wish them good luck and if you buy anything from them, you’ll probably need a whole lot of luck.
