We just left Crestview Georgetown with our 2026 Primetime Avenger 25MKO. We ordered it during the Central Texas RV Show. During that show they did not have a model that met our needs, however, the prime time representative told us all about this model and we knew it would be perfect. We worked with Ben at the show who was very communicative while we waited for our trailer to be completed and shipped. We met the finance manager Yohannes who worked with us initially at the show. We then worked with Shannon after it was delivered. She too helped us with communicating the process to trade in our current trailer. Lucy gave us our tour, answered all our questions and gave us the information we needed to operate the trailer properly. Justin completed our financing and it was super easy and painless! We even had the pleasure of meeting Jeffrey and Waylon in the service department. They were extremely helpful. We are ever so pleased with our experience at Crestview Georgetown. Do you want no hassle a product that fits your needs and people who are generally on your side to get you what you want? Then you need to come to Crestview. Picture is the ability to move out of the old trailer and into the new!

We went over to Crestview RV in Georgetown, Texas to look at some fifth wheel trailers. Our saleman, Will was very helpful and knowledgeable on the units we looked at. Pricing seems to be coming down on RVs as well as interest rates and we thought it maybe a good time to do a trade in deal. You guys should check them out.

We just bought a used 5th wheel from them and there was a minor water leak from the water pop off valve that came up with it but Tony and the service Team sent someone out to attend to them which we greatly thank Instead of having to haul it back to them. We are in Florence which is close but now the washer has given us issues and has leaked after its 1st use after having it for 1 week. I would highly suggest if anyone buys an RV to test everything single thing and ask for a sheet of what the service department checks before pick up. All issues have been water related even with pressure regulator on. I’m not even sure how a washer and dryer could be changed out as they are to wide for RV doors. When asked to check an RV before purchase might as well have it all Hooked up .

Went up there today excited to buy a new travel trailer. Waited for 40 minutes with not even getting a “hello”. Had my pre approval ready to go so I’m off elsewhere. At least at Ron Hoover they greet you and let you know your valued and they would be with me soon. Just terrible at Crestview

On June 27, 2025, we dropped off our trailer for multiple repairs, including a leaking sink, peeling wallpaper, the master bedroom sliding door repeatedly coming off its tracks, and the refrigerator not cooling properly. Within a couple of weeks, my husband was contacted and told the issues would be submitted to warranty. However, by August 7, 2025, we had received no updates. I called at 11:41 a.m. that day to request information. The representative I spoke with was polite but unsure why no one had contacted us in so long. I was told that our main point of contact was “Chance” (in this entire encounter I have not spoken to him once) and was assured that a note would be placed on our account for us to receive an update call the following week—regardless of repair progress. I emphasized at that time that we simply needed consistent communication, given how long our trailer had already been in your possession. Unfortunately, as of today, August 30, 2025, we still had not received any follow-up. I called again and spoke with an employee named Trey, who informed me that several diagnostics had not been completed, including the roof inspection. Our trailer has now been in their care for over two months, during which we have had no proactive communication from their team. We are making monthly payments on a trailer we cannot use, which is unacceptable.
