Delving into the possibility of becoming an RV dealer, he discovered that the licensing and minimum order requirements were considerably more manageable than they are today. Despite being retired, Bill took the leap and ordered the first three units, selling the extra two from the front of his brother John's stained-glass shop.

We had been thinking about a new camper for over a year, while taking our time and occasionally looking. We found exactly what we were looking for at Couch RV at an end-of-year clearance price. We are thrilled with our 2025 5th wheel and upgrades that we added. The entire team was friendly, and made us feel like we were part of the "Couch Family". The process was super simple and faster than any other time that we have had to fill out purchase paperwork. Fiona was a true gem in walking us through that entire process. Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. were both a wealth of knowledge for all of our questions. We never felt the pressure that you find at most RV dealerships. In fact, the entire experience was a breath of fresh air. We highly recommend Couch RV for all of your needs, whether you are near or far.
I’m very happy with my Forest River Solaire purchased at Couch Family RV. I visited other dealerships, but those experiences were stressful. Rick and Son, Cole, Fiona, and Caleb made my purchase completely pleasant and stress-free. As a first-time RV owner, I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to explain everything I needed to know. Caleb even let me record video of his instructions on how to operate several features, which was incredibly helpful. If I ever decide to upgrade in the future, I will definitely be returning to the Couches!

It's a family operation, they are the most honest, accommodating people ever. From sales, financing and service, they are the best. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used RV.
After a months of searching, Couch Family RV had the model I wanted and at a great price, but they are a 6 hour drive from my house, so we did most of the transaction by phone. The whole team is just fantastic and a breath of fresh air. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they were extremely patient to help get me setup for my 1st RV and 1st 5th wheel. This place is amazing! We were in the market for our first travel trailer. We found a 2021 Winnebago 1700BH at Couch Family RV. All was so patient with all of my requests and concerns! Definitely went above and beyond! I drove 3 hrs to pick up the trailer and would do it again. Very patient and friendly staff.
