I visited this RV dealer back in May when I started looking. what a great sales staff and although I didn't purchase at that time, I said to myself that this dealer knows their stuff and were very professional. After going to every other dealer in NJ, PA, and NY, I had 2 dealers with bad business practices that were clearly evident. Long story short, I ended up back at Colonial and purchased the perfect RV at a remarkable price. I recommend this dealer over every other dealer in the tri-state area.

I scrubbed the internet looking for the exact model Airstream I wanted. I looked at every dealership in New England until I found the right interior colors, condition, size, you name it. I found my dream 23 Foot Flying Cloud here at Colonial Airstream. We negotiated my trade (2024 20FB Bambi) and my sale (2024 23FB Flying Cloud) over the phone, I put down a deposit, and I was very happy with the deal. Financing matched a great percentage rate I found elsewhere too. Everything was ready to go so I made the drive to New Jersey from way Upstate New York. It was an 8-hour drive, all the while I prayed the Airstream I chose was everything I hoped it would be. When I arrived I was ecstatic. My new Flying Cloud is absolutely gorgeous, my tour was quick (because they could tell I already had experience with Airstreams), the contract deal with Grace went fast as well. There were no tricks, or add-ons, no games or nonsense. I arrived at 12:30 and was back on the road before rush hour with my new to me Airstream in tow at about 3:30. I couldn’t be happier and would buy from them again. I am completely 100% in love with my Flying Cloud, and happy with Colonial Airstream! Highly recommend!

My wife and I are proud Airstream owners who recently got locked IN our camper because our inside door handle broke. Once we were out of the camper, I began calling to find a replacement part. No one I called had the part in stock and told me it may take up to two weeks to get from Airstream. The dealer I called suggested I call Colonial in NJ and I was told if anyone had it in stock it would be Colonial. I called Colonial and got Paul B in the parts department. Paul was empathetic and told me he was sorry I was having issues. Paul was extremely nice and helpful and was able to talk me through finding the correct part I needed to fix our issue. I asked Paul to send the part to me UPS Next Day Air in the Florida Keys. I received the part I needed the next day and was able to easily install it. Today, I received a call from Paul at Colonial to verify that I had indeed received the part AND to make sure I had gotten it installed properly. This is amazing customer service!!!!! I will always order any part I need for our Airstream from Colonial.

I have had several warranty service issues over the first year of ownership of our 24 Atlas motorhome. I did not purchase the RV from them. In all cases the team at Colonial has always been very responsive. When they didn't have the solution on site they were able to get a quick response from Airstream Jackson Center. The service capabilities of Colonial are far superior than any other in all New England. Residing in Cape Cod I will only take my rig to them for service. Just the number of service bays and technicians alone is probably more than the other three Airstream dealers in New England combined. I could always get an appointment weeks ahead of any other dealer. They also have a very large parts department and can get very quick responses from Airstream factory as one of the their largest dealers.

We have ordered parts from them in the past and Paul Botticelli was extremely helpful in locating the exact parts needed for our model Airstream. At Colonial Airstream they always take the time to address any questions or concerns you may have and deliver every time.
