We recently purchased our Dynamax Isata 5 28SS from Dylan’s RV and had a great experience. We drove down from upstate New York specifically for this model, which Dylan’s had available at a reasonable price — and it was worth the trip. Our salesman Andy Pandolfi was super patient and knowledgeable — he spent an entire afternoon with us, showing every model that could fit our needs, letting us try them out without pressure, closing / opening the slides (it mattered to us that everything was accessible once the slides were closed), and even stayed after closing time to make sure we had all the information we needed. Andy and Edward made us a great deal on the one we chose and also on trading in our Forest River 5th wheel. On delivery day, we noticed a few issues during our inspection, but Kevin and the service team addressed most of them immediately with professionalism and care. As it was already late, Andy let us stay on the parking lot for the night and hit the road the following day. Autumn made the financing and paperwork process smooth and stress-free (even though there’s a loooot of paperwork involved!) She took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made the process easy to navigate. We took our new RV straight on a 4-day trip to Shenandoah National Park, and it was a real pleasure to drive and live in. We’re now living full-time in our Isata 5, and we couldn’t be happier — it’s the perfect model for a couple looking for comfort, drivability, and adventure. Andrew the salesman was a helpful and knowledgeable guy. The finance dept was also very helpful. Service/Delivery needs some improvement. I was scheduled for a walkthrough at 11:00am, at which I was on time with my trade and ready to get my new RV. I didn’t leave until 4:15 pm, missed an entire day of work, and was rushed through the whole delivery process. The 200+ point inspection which was in my invoice, was a joke, the interior cleaning was sub-par, and the tools left inside the coach were the icing on the cake. The slide wasn’t working properly, the fridge was not working properly, the recliner wasn’t touched up as promised, propane was only 60% filled, and the shower door was smashed between when I first viewed the unit and when I took delivery. I will receive my new shower door in 3 weeks. Hopefully after my foot heals from the multiple shards of broken glass I stepped on in my “200+ point inspected and cleaned RV” I will be able to use it! I remain unimpressed with Dylan’s RV overall, and hope the repairs promised are more thorough than my previous experience. I understand the end of the month rush to sell RVs, but this was pushing it. Do better.

Horrible experience. I purchased the unit and they were suppose to have it cleaned and fix a few minor issues. They initially said a week and then had to delay the pick up another week. I confirmed prior to going that it was ready and was told everything was done. When I showed up it was not ready I sent another 5-6 hours sitting in the dealership while they scrambled to get the unit ready. 2 weeks after getting it home I was getting ready for my first trip and the slide broke. It's still currently in the shop 5 weeks later with no eta on completion. I had to cancel 3 trips so far and probably a 4th. I went to another campers inn location for repairs and they told me they have heard similar poor experiences from Dylans RV. Go to a different dealer.

Dylan's had a particular model used Super C that we wanted to purchase. As we are in Florida we were going to be driving 1K miles and wanted to be sure this one was going to meet our needs. Our salesman Andy was great and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The coach is beautiful and the whole process at Dylan's was great, right through to the finance manager. Everyone was super nice and easy to work with. Even our dog enjoyed it, she tested out the dog bed in the showroom. We highly recommend Dylan's RV!

Nothing but praise to this dealership from start to finish. Sales Consultant Pete DeGeorge was great and very knowledgeable with all the products that they offered at Dylans RV and the deliver process was smooth. Ernie & Kristen also answered all of our questions and concerns. They were very fair with our Trade in of our Winnebago View and the financing process went smooth with finance manager Joey…….We Love our New/Used Renegade 38RB and was spotless at delivery. 🇺🇸 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
