My wife and I bought a new Lance 1985 travel trailer off of Chattanooga Fish and Fun in October of 2025. We had a number of warranty issues that they said they would take care of. After many phone calls, talking to them, and not getting any help, we realize after 4 months we are being ignored. I had to contact Lance directly and they have no record of Chattanooga Fish and Fun contacting Lance about our travel trailer or the parts we needed. Buyer beware!
I contacted Chattanooga Fish N Fun due to a YouTube video regarding a truck camper they had for sale. The contact info was on the video which was convenient and was able to secure an appointment to look at it. The appointment and the sale process was seamless. Brad was excellent to work with and made the process super easy. If you are looking for truck campers or boats and you don't live in TN, the drive is worth it!
Purchased a used truck camper from here Oct 2024 and the entire process was awesome. Erin and Brad answered all my questions prior to arrival and had everything ready to go on delivery day, which was very much appreciated after driving 7 hours one way there. My husband and I recently purchased our Lance 1172 from Brad. From the first phone call to the day we picked it up, we received excellent service. Because the demand for Lance Campers is so high it took 6 months from the order date until we picked it up. Throughout the process Brad kept us informed of the status of our camper. My husband called several times and each time he was greeted friendly. On the day we went to pick it up, well, we have bought several campers before, this by far was the most easiest & low stress transaction. If you are looking to buy a Lance camper look no further. We live in Florida and would travel again to Chattanooga Fish-n-Fun to do business with them. Great group of people!
We drove half-way across TN to purchase our camper from Chattanooga Fish N Fun. The sales person spent a lot of time on the telephone with us discussing our various options and ultimately quoted us a price far lower than any other RV dealer gave us. When we needed service the staff was very friendly and even did their best to take care of repairs that weren't covered by warranty. I met the owner of the company as well and he was most gracious.
