*UPDATED* We purchased a 2018 Keystone Carbon from Mike at Chattanooga Camper Sales (CCS) in August of 2020. Even after reading multiple questionable reviews about thousands of $ of repairs, we were convinced by the warranty from CCS that we would be covered if something happened. We’ve now learned that we should have NOT bought from CCS under any circumstances. Here are 8 reasons why: 1. CCS recommended and installed a sway bars hitch system rated to 50% of trailer weight. Within 6 days, the hitch was bending and could have resulted in a catastrophic failure. This is criminal negligence. 2. CCS was negligent in maintaining the tires in working order, and within 8 hours of driving off the lot, two tires blew 3. CCS was negligent during the titling process and sold the trailer with an incomplete title. The title was missing multiple signatures & details which required multiple trips to the DMV to fix. 4. CCS installed a faulty fuse in our truck which required a repair from Ford Dealer 5. CCS failed to fully inspect the trailer even after assuring us everything was in working order. We discovered the speakers and the stove fan were broken even after we asked CCS to fix these items. 6. CCS lied and said the Fresh Water indicator was working. We had asked CCS to fix the fresh water indicator twice, and after both times, they said the indicator was fixed even when it was still broken as later confirmed by a different repair shop. 7. CCS was negligent in inspecting the sewer system and sold a trailer with a faulty system. The tanks on the trailer are mislabelled, and the valve on the second gray tank is broken. 8. CCS failed to prepare the trailer and sold it with empty propane tanks, a faulty battery, and one set of keys. Updated to include two additional negligences 9. CCS created faulty wiring in the camper which could have caused the entire camper to burn. An electrician inspected the wiring in the power box and said that the wiring was incorrectly done and could have led to catastrophic failure. 10. CCS installed EXPIRED propane tanks on the trailer. We bought the trailer in August 2020. The propane tanks they sold the trailer with expired in March 2019. CCS has taken advantage of us as new trailer owners and sold a "lemon" to us requiring thousands of dollars of repairs. DO NOT buy from CCS under any circumstances.

Purchased a 2007 Damon Daybreak Class A motorhome this week at Chattanooga Camper Sales. We worked with Joel from sales. Not only was Joel a true professional but he treated my wife Rebecca and I like we were VIP's. He gave us a fair price on our trade in, answered all our questions and concerns, was flexible on the list price and even smoothed over a financial obstacle. Joel and CCS went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations and we are extremely pleased with our purchase decision. When we plan on upgrading to our next RV which will be a Diesel Pusher it will certainly be with Joel!

If I could give more stars I would - 5 just isn't enough. Glen Cornelius with Chattanooga Camper Sales was excellent in representing the RV we purchased over the phone. Because of COVID 19, we weren't able to shop around physically, but talked with Glen over the phone and purchased our 2019 THOR RV. We couldn't be more pleased with how the sale went and how amazing this RV is. This was our first Bid experience and everything was as we had hoped. When we flew in to pick up the RV Glen showed us how everything worked and gave us some very helpful tips and hints. Customer service was stellar! It was a joy and pleasure to work with an ethical, knowledgeable, friendly and honest salesman and dealership. I am happy to recommend them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase an RV. WOW, what a POSITIVE experience. We just purchased a 2012 thirty-six feet long 5th Wheel. If we had not known it was a 2012 we would have thought it was new. It is so clean. The service department really prepared it well. We couldn't be more pleased. Joel, the Marketing Manager was our sales person. He knew his business. Had good answers to every question or concern we had. He worked with us making it possible for us to make our purchase. So friendly, kind and helpful, and we love our unit. Glen Cornelius, the owner of Chattanooga Camper Sales, could not have been more helpful. The closing was a breeze. The deliver was so professional. Glen showed us how to set the unit up. He took all the time I needed. When it came to financing Joel (our salesman) gave us good directions and helped us work with our own credit union to get the job done. Chattanooga Camper Sales is a class act, so very professional. EVERYONE we had any contact with was friendly and helpful. I will recommend CCS to all my family and friends who are looking for a camper large or small. We used to travel living in a 5th Wheel. We lived in our unit for almost ten years, in fact raised our two kids in the unit traveling all over the country. We know campers and the issues you can encounter, and I can truthfully say I have never been treated so well at any other business in the USA and Canada. We recently traded our camping trailer for a motor home here. From the initial email contact to us receiving the motor home, the process was great. Their prices were much lower for the units they offer than a big dealership. Our salesman, Joel, answered all our questions and handled the process with a smile.The young man that handles the service also answered my questions without making me feel like I was totally clueless. All in all, I would highly recommend this business.
