Carol is the best. We have bought several vehicles from Castriota with Carol Cahill as our sales person. She makes buying a truck less painful. Dan the service guy is great too. Fast. Friendly. I dropped off my 2010 Equinox to get serviced. All of the service staff were very professional/personable/courteous and kind. Then I decided to go look at Used Traverse models and I came across one that caught my eye. I was approached by Salesman Kenny and was impressed with the no pressure to buy. I took it for a test ride and I was sold on and bought it. Salesman Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, personable, and courteous, and went out of his way to help me understand all of the controls on the dashboard.
