Valentina Lizardi (Val) with Campbell RV was the absolute best. She showed us campers in our price range. She looked for things we was interested in, not for the biggest sale. She was patient and showed us multiple ones until we found what for our family and life best. We got a bunk house in our camper bc we haul softball girls to tournaments on the wknds. It works out for all of our life adventures.

If you have already been shopping for an RV, and have experienced a number of the larger dealerships, then make Campbell your last stop. You will be glad you did! Caleb was over the top helpful without being bothersome. He was knowledgeable about the whole process and what he was selling. Moreover, we did the whole process remotely so I know it was more cumbersome. When we went with outside financing he kept on top of it and even provided updates on his days off. When we drove an hour and a half to pick up our new Wolf Pup our receiver ball was the wrong size, it was Saturday and their service department was closed, so immediately he told us where to go to get another so we could be on our way. .....and it doesn't stop there. Campbell's not adding freight or dealer fees means the price they tell you online is the real price before tax, tag and title. We had already checked out and seen campers at several not to be named big dealerships. Once in the "office" that price you pay changes a great deal after a $2000 freight charge, $699 dealer fee and an attempt to get $1200 plus for a "starter" kit of stuff you can get from a big box store for $500. Heck our camper even came with a $100 service department voucher which Caleb used to get us a new sewer hose and fresh water line. Bottom line Debbie and I could not recommend them more highly. If you want to avoid the frustration and insult to your intelligence that the experience can often be at other dealerships check them out. This is also not our first rodeo. We have been camping since married which is some 38 years now. This is our fourth new RV purchase.
We were looking to trade our travel trailer and decided to go local and stopped by Campbell RV. The Campbell family have been around Sarasota for years. I actually bought a new Datsun from them many years ago. We weren’t there 5 minutes and Val Lizardi approached us. She is very personable and knowledgeable about the different trailers. She did a follow up call and by that time we had decided to purchase from her. The whole process was smooth with her guiding the way. I would definitely recommend Val and Campbell RV for your next RV.
