I worked with Walt and Tiffany to buy my 2022 Thor Tellaro. I was impressed by their honesty and integrity, they were both such a pleasure to deal with. I worked with Walt over the phone and was able to set up my inspection prior to purchasing my unit, agree on the sales price and have a signed contract all from a distance. When we arrived to make the purchase, Walt spent time walking us through the unit explaining how to use it (we are first time RV owners). The entire transaction went so smoothly, the price was fair and I really was impressed by how well they treat their clients. It’s a family run business and everyone is kind and helpful. I have told all my friends what an incredible experience this has been and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an RV. Don’t hesitate, they will treat you fairly!!
BEWARE of this place! I went in for this piece and you can clearly see the process marked on it. When he told me the total, I was kind of shocked? $28.81? I asked him why so much and he pointed to the window and said “go read the sign?” What sign? It took me a minute to even find it. He said, “none of these prices are right. We don’t have the time or manpower to update them (the price tags) with current prices. The sign tells you that.” He wasn’t rude or nasty he was just to the point. Thats pretty harsh to raise the price by $5 on a $22 part? Anyway, just ASK the price BEFORE you commit to buying it!
We had the most pleasant experience here buying our RV. Couldn’t ask for nicer people from the saleman to the title work to the walk through. They took so much time explaining all the functions our Berkshire has. Definitely would recommend RV Kountry to all my friends.
We recently started a Christian based non-profit, and decided to live full time in an RV to lower expenses and be able to travel for the non-profit. We made this very clear to Jim(our salesman), and Everette(the owner). With this information, they STILL took advantage of us. We were told there were no major issues, and that all systems had been "inspected" and found operational. We found major water damage in several spots, the inverter system is....well....GONE! And I question how you test EVERYTHING that runs on propane, when the propane tanks are not only empty, but the fill valve is faulty and won't allow propane into the tank. I drive 2 hours to discuss this face to face with Everette, which I accomplished in a professional and Christian fashion. He stated he will do "something" to make it right. It is clear to me now that this was yet another dishonest statement. He has done nothing, and does not respond to my text messages. I feel bad for us and all the other customers that are victims of Everette's dishonest business practices. But mostly I feel bad for Everette. He has chosen the kingdom of the almighty dollar over the Kingdom of Almighty God. We will be praying for you Everette. We did NOT get an amazing deal...we were deliberately lied to and misled. Everette's response below to our review is typical of what he does when you call him out on his dishonesty....he deflects. Our review has nothing to do with a charitable contribution to our ministry. It has EVERYTHING to do with his dishonest business practices, and willingness to defraud a charitable organization. Very sad!
