In Atlanta in the 1950's, Guy Adams, Sr., a WWII Veteran, discovered a love of camping with his family. He drove to Kentucky to buy his first pop-up and they convinced him to purchase three pop-up campers to sell outside of his accounting office. Little did he know that was the beginning of a 50-year business that would become, not only one of the first RV dealerships in Atlanta, but one of the largest single-outlet dealers east of the Rocky Mountains.

We were in dire need of a quick solution for a temporary living situation after an unexpected and extensive home renovation arose. We went to other mega camper lots and left feeling defeated. So many added expenses! We went to Camp Oaks and were so relieved to find that their competitive prices included everything needed to hit the road! Not only that, but they were so compassionate about our situation. They helped us get into a camper that same day. I don’t know if they’ll ever know what their kindness meant to us, but it was such an incredible experience and it made a huge impact on our lives! I cannot recommend them enough! We love our little camper! And we love Camp Oaks!
I don’t think I’ve had a better overall purchasing experience with anything I have ever bought. Low pressure - try no pressure. Super nice people who legitimately care about your family getting what’s right for them. They were great with our kids and answered all of our questions. They have good prices,, no haggle, and no hassle. I would encourage anyone to give them a visit. We got great support overall. They really went the extra mile for us. Also - no commission sales people - everyone just wanted to help us find what was right for us.

My husband and I had the recent pleasure of dealing with Aaron & Kimberly Sizemore, the welcoming owners of Camp Oaks RV & Outdoors in Dahlonega, GA. We had been searching all over Florida for a Palomino Backpack SS-1251, a slide-in truck camper. While driving down Long Branch Rd, Dan spotted Camp Oaks and 2 slide-in campers. Dan literally whipped into the parking entry and sitting there on the lot was just the Palomino Backpack that he had been stalking on YouTube for the past 3 months. Talk about Kismet!! Only Dan Webster could go on a Timeshare Vacation and come home with a camper for his Ford F-250 Pickup Truck! The camper was very well equipped already but Dan added a few more things like a 200 Watt solar panel to beef up the 100 Watt one that came standard, and a lithium battery. We looked the camper over thoroughly and then proceeded on toward our previous destination. In the late afternoon (after business hours) and on our way back to our timeshare rental in Big Canoe, we stopped back by as Aaron had told us he would be working late. We put a deposit 💸 on the Backpack. On the upcoming Friday, we dropped the truck off in the morning and came back in the late afternoon for the actual closing and orientation of the unit, given by yet another Dan, who if I had to bestow a title on him, it would be Assembly Engineer and all around nice guy. He was really nice and helpful. Everyone that worked there was so warm & friendly. We took another 10 days and camped our way back to Central Florida. No RV or camper of any kind is without it’s small quirks and although they were smaller, we found ours. Dan has opted to fix them himself as he is a very experienced woodworker. Thanking the entire crew and staff of Camp Oaks RV and Outdoors!! Aaron and Kimberly, no one disappointed us at all and we recommend Camp Oaks RV and Outdoors to anyone looking for an RV of any type or service on their existing one. These folks offer 5-Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and they do it with good ole Southern Hospitality.
