Bish's RV was amazing to us!!! Sarah Ellison was our outfitter and she was BEYOND fantastic!! Very patient, hard working & was fantastic at returning any questions or messages we had for her. Very sweet lady!! And Jacob over in the service department was also very great when showing us our purchase and everything we needed to know about our pop-up camper!!! As we were getting ready to leave we had something we needed help with and John came out and gave us a hand!! All fantastic people and all in all a wonderful experience!!! Highly recommend doing business with them!! And ask for Sarah Ellison to be your outfitter, she was wonderful!!

We have had a good experience with Bish's in Coldwater so far. We attended the Lansing RV show in January, looking to upgrade from our smaller Wolf Pup 16BHS. We came upon Bish's at the show and fell in love with their base model Go Play 26BH (a dealer branded Jayco from what we were told). While it didn't include a slide (something we were looking for but ultimately decided against), it had everything our smaller trailer had, and more - including just overall more room in general. We ended up trading in and signing on the spot. We took delivery at the end of January and it was a fairly smooth process. The only hiccup was I had to sign the paperwork twice - once online a few days before, and then again in person. The online experience for this process wasn't great - it was with someone out of state and I had to constantly reach out to get the meeting invite for two separate calls that we had. The in-person experience was fantastic though. We worked with Justin our salesman who was friendly throughout the entire process - he was also the one we talked with at the RV show. On day of trade-in, we also worked with Blane who setup our hitch for the new trailer. Blane was super easy going and great to talk with. Due to the weather at trade-in time, they also let us keep the new RV there until weather improved (up to April if we needed to). Can't wait to actually pick it up (soon) and start our 2026 camping adventures.
I traveled from California to Michigan just because the details of attention was UNBELIEVABLE. Stuart is by far the best rv salesman we have come across with. He replied all my messages even when the store was closed and late nights. I bombed him with thousands of questions rewarding everything, he always stayed in communication as fast as possible. Love that when I showed up to the dealership oooo my goodness you feel like you juat walked into your family's house they are so welcoming. Made you feel r3al special. I would definitely buy another rv here even if I have to drive 2300 miles again.
