This company in oak ridge New Jersey is a joke ! I have never dealt with a company that doesn’t give a crap about its customers . It took them 3 times to level my 2025 trailer ! One time they actually wanted to charge me and said they were “ doing me a favor “ . I had a few things wrong with the camper that I called about . Each and every time I called they said they would call back , they didn’t . I have on record the amount of times I have called them and the three times they called me back . They said they were going to be here today ( Friday ) to make a repair , they never showed up or called . I had to call them today and they called back . All my conversations have been recorded and will be taking them to small claims court . Run from this business . If you pay in full they don’t give a crap . I also paid 3k for an extended warranty. These people can’t fix simple things . They put a slide topper in my camper and put the arms in the frame of the slide out ( in the wrong place ) added arms to the bottom causing unnecessary holes in the camper on both slide outs ! They called me moments ago and when I was going off on them not showing up , they simply hung up ! I will make it my mission to go to every rv show they attend to warn people what they will be getting into ! Run don’t walk from this company ! Below are photos how they leveled it at first … the gutter leaking .. and arms of topper on frame …. Plenty of other photos to follow soon … and if I could I would attach recorded calls of promises of call backs and dates of services that never happened … stay tuned
Bought a 30-foot travel trailer from Alpin Haus and entire experience was 5 stars. Shout outs to Brandon in sales, Amy who handled title/registration/paperwork, Kyle on warranty, Pete the mechanic, and Chris who handled the walk-thru/demo when we picked up our rig.
We bought our RV in August 2024 and it has been the absolute best experience I have ever had! No pressure, all question or concerns, dealt with efficiently and promptly! The price was fantastic, the customer care even after the sale, months later.. is still top notch! Alex, Ray, Chris, Kyle, Amy ( hope I didn’t miss anyone) are fantastic to work with and a pure pleasure! Thank you guys for making this the best experience and the continual care! Well deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My RV was delivered in NYS. The driver Michael did and excellent job getting the RV in correct position. Micheal went over the functions of the RV and made sure we understood asking us if we had additional questions. Micheal also set up the RV stabilizers too. Alpin Haus is fortunate to have an exceptional employee in Micheal.
My husband and I recently purchased a used camper. We worked with Ray who was very helpful. He was very good about staying within the perimeters of what we were looking for on our needs and wants list. I would highly recommend them for sales and storage.

Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop Alpin Haus - Oak Ridge's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Alpin Haus - Oak Ridge listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Alpin Haus - Oak Ridge which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Alpin Haus - Oak Ridge for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through Alpin Haus - Oak Ridge in Oak Ridge, New Jersey.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.
