We did our first overnight in our new Tradewind and we are already so in love with this thing! A week ago we went to the dealership and met Chad. He was very helpful and let us take our time to look around at the different models without hassling us. He even brought us water because it was so hot that day. We already owned an airstream and were considering trading it in for something with more space and he Helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted. He worked with financing to get us a great deal and less than a week we were hauling our new tradewind on its first trip to South Florida. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. The process was all done Online and very Simply. We would highly recommend Airstream of Tampa if you are looking to purchase an airstream or airstream merchandise. Finding help when a problem happens on the road is often a challenge and doesn’t always end well—ask me how I know—so I was wary when I arrived at Airstream of Tampa today. I had called and left voicemail for the service departments at two Airstream dealers within a days drive—only Sebastian at Tampa called me back. He squeezed me in for a service appointment in spite of the chaos following the recent, huge Tampa RV show and quickly resolved my problem … at no charge! I couldn’t be a happier camper.
Excellent Airstream service experience. The entire team was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. A special thank-you to Sebastian Piedra for his clear communication, attention to detail, and making the entire process smooth and reassuring. We left feeling confident, road-ready, and well cared for. Highly recommend.
Customer service is terrible. They did work on my van and made things better. That is why I did not give them a 1 star.Sebastian said I needed to come back. I told Sebastian I would be leaving the 28 th and asked multiple times if they could get it done. He said they could and I should come back Tuesday at 10 as they could get parts in 24 hours. I specifically asked if I would need to come back a 3rd time he said no. I drove 90 minutes for the appointment and I did not have one. Sebastian is not there and the guy says there is no way they can get it done. Great way not to honor your warranty. Customer service is about under promising and over delivery. My experience is they just don't care and will tell you anything to get you to go away.
