Vince helped me sell my 2014 Airstream after I unsuccessfully tried to sell privately. He makes the process very easy clearly explaining required repairs, giving an excellent assessment of the market and how long it would likely take to sell and what price could be expected. When I brought the trailer we did an extensive walkthrough to identify any and all defects and recommended repairs and various features/selling points he would emphasize. Throughout the process his communication was excellent. Later when initial offers came he presented those to me and we frankly discussed whether to take the offer or hold for more. There was no pressure to compromise on price and we eventually landed a buyer and a fair price. After the sale Vince promptly cut me a check as soon as payment cleared. Overall I would strongly recommend A to Z for anyone in the used Airstream market as either buyer or seller. It was a clean, clear and efficient process. Thanks Vince!
I think we were one of Vince’s earlier customers, 11 years ago. He was willing to help us find the model we were most interested in, and when he called us in to check out a new acquisition, it was love at first site between us and our Airstream. And even though he sold it to us ready to go but “as is” he was always available to us for routine maintenance and occasional repairs. When it came time to reluctantly part with our Airstream after 11 years (and probably 40K plus miles), we worked out the task list of recommended maintenance and repairs so we could feel confident about asking (and receiving) a fair sell price. I highly recommend Vince and his team. They are highly knowledgeable and very professional and easy to work with.
