The overall 1 star isn't necessarily a total reflection on the dealership, more so on the products they sell and the overall "PDI" that each unit supposedly goes through. We traded a unit that was in excellent condition, took a bath on it for a new unit that was junk from the beginning. During walkthrough almost every vent cover popped off, the seal around the slide was so creased it had gaping holes at the corners. I had request and paid for a keyless lock and slide topper to be put on. Return several weeks later to pick up the new unit. Went to hook up, battery was dead since the switch was left on, not a big deal but its's the point. Get it to my shop, backed in leveled and plugged in, open the slide the slide topper had slack in it and the keyless locked be out. Or so I thought, after calling the service department and some online research the lock was in fact operating. Where the lock had been in stalled one of the screws from the strike plate was causing the door to hang. The door is so cheap, thin and flimsy I couldn't put much pressure on it without feeling like my hand was going to go through the door. Fast forward to the maiden voyage, after driving 6+ hours get set up and ready for a shower. After taking a quick shower there is a pool and stream of water running from the base of the shower tub under the door to the wall. After cleaning that up I took the access panel off thinking it was a loose connection or cracked line. Nope the entire wall of the shower had ZERO silicone on it where the wall meets the basin. Called A&L they gave me a number to a Forrest River rep, called no answer (which I expected) went and purchased some caulked, sealed the wall to the tub. Turn on the water to inspect the repair, problem was solved, so we thought the drain was installed crooked and the treads where cross threaded so it could not be tighten to make a seal. Then one of the pex lines had a leak in it when the line was pressurized. It rained and the 900 + dollar slide topper pooled the rain and poured in on top of the slide. Burnt some toast and as a precautionary I took the smoke detector down. No need to worry there, no battery in it nor was it even wired. The overall quality of forrest rive is junk and there is zero QC done it is very clear. I did finally get a call back from the forrest river rep that A&L gave me, he could have cared less and had the personality of a fence post. I reached out to my salesman via text and had a phone call, he ensured me that he was going to get it to management and have someone reach out. Our last conversation was over a week ago and still nothing. If you are looking at ANY forrest river product do yourself a favor and simply don't or at minimum get an independent inspection. It would be well worth your time and money.

We didn't purchase our RV from A & L RV, but we live close and visit often for services and supply. They are always very friendly and very helpful. I called to ask if they had a certain product and when I went to go pick it up they had it waiting for me because they only had 2 left. Fantastic customer service! I love to walk around the lot looking at the new model's, they are always kind and no pressure and answer all my questions. We are using them for RV services in the spring and they have great RV service packages! If we purchase another RV it will definitely be from A&L RV sales! Pictures are just for the review! These are items I see on new rigs then I go in and purchase them for our RV.

We have had a great experience buying from A&L RV of Murfreesboro. We worked with Mikayla in service, Jimmy and Kevin were our technicians, Delta in finance, and Danny and Connie in parts. They made us feel like family and took the time to answer any of our questions. They also made sure we understood the differences between the camper style we traded in and the one we upgraded to. We had window shopped this dealership for a couple of years and never felt like they were pushy salesmen. When we found the camper for us, they were ready to help. Awesome experience!

We just bought a “new to us” 5th wheel from A&L! The staff sales are knowledgeable and helpful. This business goes above and beyond what I expect. The company offers a short-term warranty for used models plus you can purchase an extended warranty, which I recommend as anything can happen when you are constantly moving your Rv around. I mention the warranty because when we got home with our Rv, there were some things that didn’t work as they should. I called the service department and spoke with Mikayla. Not only did we get in right away, everything was covered. Everything was repaired the same day (parts in stock) and they took their time to make sure everything was working correctly (even had to stay late to finish the job)!!! This service staff deserves at least a 10 out of 5 rating. I cannot remember when I have done business with any company that could stand up to the excellence we saw today!

I brought my Flagstaff in for my annual Warranty inspection.Mykala was so kind in helping me change appointments. My unit was ready when they promised, but the supervisor was not satisfied that they had cleaned up the exterior as well as expected. It was worth the extra 10 minutes, and I appreciate the integrity they demonstrated.
