I have bought 5 travel trailers over the course of the last several years and my experience with Jeff Watson was outstanding. He was patient, thorough, and was interested in what I needed. He wasn’t in my face like some other dealers were. He cared about what I wanted so much so he referred me to another A&L facility and salesman. At the end we bought the Brinkley from Jeff and we love it. There were 2 items that I think you need to address going forward before a camper leaves the dealership. 1. Both of my propane tanks were opened which I believe is illegal in some states, not to mention extremely dangerous while driving. 2. My drivers side tires were both 15 pound low. I would have thought the tires would have been fully inflated before I left. Everything else, the walkthrough the financial, and the rest of the experience was great. This my two 1/2 years review. No help when it comes to warranty. Gave me a defective trailer which came out to 6500 of a slide leak. Come to find out this trailer had other issues and I got it with 0 miles, yes 0 miles. Warranty only paid 1300. River Forest. I had to take care of it myself. 2nd if you reading this DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT FIANCE it thru M&T bank. I ask the service person if I pay extra can I pay it off faster. Which is in my contract it will go to pay off faster. Not the case. So be aware. PS the trailer still has 0 miles.

Service 5 stars Stand behind their SNAFU 5 stars SNAFU 1 star We had a schwintech slide go out and A&L did a great job getting it investigated, parts ordered, scheduled, and repaired. Will definitely call if we have issues and are in their area. Had a SNAFU on our front cap while they were moving our RV on their lot. They stood behind the fix and restoration but it did cause me constrination as the front cap was damaged. I believe the service manager should have been quicker to discuss the issue and resolution but A&L took care of thier SNAFU and that means a lot to us.

5 Stars! My wife and I were looking for an RV, knowing our credit situation wasn’t the best, and we weren’t even sure if we’d be approved. When we walked into the dealership, we met Jeff, who was incredibly helpful. We looked at a few RVs and fell in love with one that had a slide-out. We put in an application, and they told us we’d hear back in about 2-3 days. To our surprise, we were approved! However, the down payment didn’t quite fit our budget. The team went above and beyond to find another RV that met all our needs (minus the slide-out, which was a bit of a bummer), but it had everything else we wanted. They resubmitted everything to the bank and got us much better terms and a more affordable down payment! What really stood out was how patient they were. They held the deal for nearly 30 days while I worked through some personal challenges and couldn’t come in to sign the paperwork until today. Now, everything’s finalized, and I’m set to pick up the RV this weekend. Huge thanks to Jeff and the team for their dedication and flexibility. This was a great experience, and we couldn’t be happier!

Tried to buy a camper didn't work. Weird salesman. A lot of back and forth phone calls. The salesman called me around 8 o'clock at night, inappropriate time to call. He told me campers after 2020 were no good because of how fast company's started putting them together. It was a ton of back and forth one could almost say pure stupidity. In the end it was a huge waste of time.
