Winnebago lists four Winnebago Travato floor plans: the 59G, 59GL, 59K and 59KL. All four are 21 feet long, ride on a Ram ProMaster chassis and sleep two. The G plans pair a lounge with a double or Murphy+ bed, the K plans use twin beds that convert to a queen, and the L versions add lithium power.

Prices are Winnebago's starting MSRPs in US dollars, read from its website on 26 October 2026. Winnebago says they do not include freight, taxes, title, license, dealer prep charges or other fees. Winnebago's pages do not name a model year. To see Travato vans dealers have in stock now, browse RVs for sale on Searchshop.
Every specification and price in this guide comes from Winnebago's own Travato pages, read on 26 October 2026: the model overview, the floor plan list, the specifications table and the features page. No van was toured or driven for this guide, and nothing here is based on owner interviews.
Dealer asking prices come from Searchshop's own listing data, read the same day. Where Winnebago's equipment list names a feature for only some floor plans, the guide says which ones. Winnebago's equipment list does not tag any item to the 59GL, so that plan's own details come only from its floor plan card and the specifications table.
Every Travato floor plan shares the same van, the same outside dimensions and the same weight ratings, so the choice between them comes down to the bed, the galley, the bath and the power system.
Winnebago's specifications table lists these figures for all four plans:
- Size: 21 ft long, 9 ft 4 in high and 6 ft 9 in wide on a 159-inch wheelbase.
- Inside: 6 ft 3 in of interior height and 6 ft 2 in of interior width.
- Weights: a 9,350 lb gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and a 12,000 lb gross combined weight rating (GCWR).
- Water and fuel: an 18-gallon fresh water tank, a 2.6-gallon water heater and a 24-gallon fuel tank.
- Sleeping: Winnebago rates every floor plan to sleep two.
Winnebago's standard equipment list for the Travato, which does not tag these items to particular floor plans, includes a Ram ProMaster chassis with a 280-hp 3.6L V6 gas engine and a 9-speed automatic transmission, 245-watt solar panels, a Coleman-Mach 10 NDQ air conditioner, a Truma Combi G Comfort Plus heating and hot water system, and a 13-ft powered awning, and Winnebago's features page says the floor plans include a full wet bath. Winnebago describes the Truma unit as gasoline-powered, delivering warm air and hot water from one appliance. The hitch is rated for a 3,500 lb drawbar and a 350 lb maximum tongue weight, and the basic warranty is 12 months or 24,000 miles.
The Travato 59K is the lowest-priced floor plan, at a starting MSRP of $183,783, and Winnebago describes it as an open layout with twin beds that convert to a queen.
Winnebago's equipment list gives the 59K twin beds with its WinnSleep mattress system and storage below on the passenger side, plus a Flex Bed that turns the twins into a queen. The galley has a pull-out countertop extension, a microwave/convection oven, a two-burner range and a single-door 4.3 cubic foot 12-volt compressor refrigerator. The wet bath has a fold-down sink and a two-piece sliding door, and the plan adds a wardrobe cabinet.
House power comes from two AGM deep-cycle batteries, a 1,000-watt inverter and a 2,800-watt gas generator. The 59K carries a 25 lb permanent-mount LP tank, a 12-gallon black tank and a 13-gallon gray tank.
The 59K suits two travelers who want the choice of separate twin beds or a queen, at the lowest Travato price.
The Travato 59G starts at $184,231, $448 more than the 59K, and trades the twin beds for a double bed in a private sleeping area plus a separate lounge for working and eating.
The lounge has forward-facing dinette seating with two integrated three-point seat belts, and the double bed uses the WinnSleep system with a support leg and step and storage below. The galley has a flip-up countertop extension, a microwave, a two-burner range and a two-door 6.0 cubic foot 12-volt compressor refrigerator, the larger of the two refrigerators Winnebago's equipment list names. The bath has a stainless steel sink, a shower with a wall surround and a sliding tambour door.
The 59G shares the 59K's AGM batteries, 1,000-watt inverter, 2,800-watt gas generator and 25 lb LP tank. Its holding tanks are 11 gallons black and 14 gallons gray, and Winnebago lists a macerator pump on the gray tank.
The 59G suits travelers who want a double bed in its own area, a separate lounge for working or eating, and the larger refrigerator.
The Travato 59KL keeps the 59K's twin beds that convert to a queen and adds Winnebago Power MAX lithium power, at a starting MSRP of $216,037, or $32,254 more than the 59K.
Winnebago's features page says the 59KL comes standard with Power MAX, and its equipment list lists the AGM batteries, 1,000-watt inverter and 2,800-watt generator for the 59G and 59K only. Power MAX pairs an 8.4 kWh Lithionics lithium-ion battery with dual alternator charging, Bluetooth control and a pack heating system. An EcoFlow Power Hub Pro combines a 3,600-watt inverter, an inverter charger, a DC-DC converter, an MPPT solar charger and an alternator charger, with 245 watts of solar. Winnebago's features page says a second battery can be added for longer off-grid stays.
The galley changes too. The 59KL has a single-burner induction cooktop instead of the two-burner range, and Winnebago lists no LP capacity for this plan. Its black and gray tanks hold 12 gallons each, and it keeps the 59K's 4.3 cubic foot refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, fold-down bath sink and wardrobe.
The 59KL suits travelers who camp away from hookups and would rather run on battery power than start a generator, and who are happy to cook on one induction burner.
The Travato 59GL is the highest-priced floor plan, at a starting MSRP of $220,973, and Winnebago marks it "dealer stock only."
Winnebago's floor plan card describes the 59GL as having a "powerful lithium energy system, dedicated lounge area and Murphy+bed with storage below." Its specifications table lists the same 21 ft length and 9,350 lb GVWR as the other plans, an 11-gallon black tank, a 14-gallon gray tank and a 25 lb LP capacity. Winnebago does not explain the dealer stock label, so ask dealers which 59GL units they have.
The four Travato floor plans carry the same 18-gallon fresh water tank but differ by a gallon or two in their holding tanks, and only the 59KL lists no LP capacity.
| Floor plan | Black tank | Gray tank | LP capacity |
| 59G | 11 gal | 14 gal | 25 lb |
| 59GL | 11 gal | 14 gal | 25 lb |
| 59K | 12 gal | 13 gal | 25 lb |
| 59KL | 12 gal | 12 gal | None listed |
Figures are from Winnebago's Travato specifications table, read 26 October 2026.
Most new Travato vans listed on Searchshop asked less than Winnebago's lowest starting MSRP: on 26 October 2026, 29 of 34 new listings were priced below the 59K's $183,783.
The figures below come from 52 listings whose title named the Travato. Searchshop's listing feed reported 57 results for a "travato" search that day and returned these 52. Floor plans are taken from each listing's floor plan field. Two listings with an unclear condition are left out of the new and used figures, and 19 of the 52 listings came from one California dealer location.
- New 59K: 24 listings, median $149,998.
- New 59G: 8 listings, median $141,995.
- New, by model year: 2025 units, 5 listings, median $138,726; 2026 units, 21 listings, median $142,786; 2027 units, 8 listings, median $159,998.
- Used, 2019 to 2026 model years: 16 listings, median $89,949.
The 59KL and 59GL had too few new listings for a median. Asking prices are what dealers advertise, not sale prices, and they change daily.
The right Travato floor plan depends first on the bed you want and second on how you plan to power the van away from hookups.
- Want twin beds or a queen at the lowest price? Start with the 59K.
- Want a bed that stays made and a separate lounge? Look at the 59G.
- Camp off-grid often and want to skip the generator? The 59KL adds lithium power and induction cooking for $32,254 more than the 59K.
- Want the lounge layout with lithium? Look for a 59GL in dealer stock.
