This place is an absolute nightmare and absolutely disgusting behavior. Complete scam and thieves. Eric has got to be the worst and shameless person there. Very disappointing and wanting to put my mom car that has nothing of what she wanted when we initially bought the 1015 Limited Ford Explorer that does NOT work. She specifically asked for 3rd row seat, rear A/C and AWD. After the Explorer went back AGAIN my mom did not want to accept that car and even broke down on Eric on his drive back from a tire shop. He tried to put my mom in a Kia Sorento that has NOTHING what my mom wanted. Now he decided to keep the car and not find a car for her and keep her $2,000 Down Payment. Do yourself a favor and keep on going and if you do buy a car here I wish you the best of luck.
